Jerry is easy to set up accounts with, amending orders is as simple as sending a text and the milk is always with us before 6.30 am (it could be earlier but we are not up). Plus we are also supporting a local business and reducing environmental waste. Plus it is cheaper than our old round so we've been able to switch to organic.

It is super easy to set up getting milk deliveries from Brighton Milk. You can text up to midnight the night before delivery to change your order too which is really handy if someone in your household suddenly decides to have a massive bowl of cereal before bed!!

This is an amazing service. It was easy to set up and it was no problem to adjust as we went along until we worked out what we need. Fantastic ability to easily add/remove up until midnight the day before by text and easy to add extras as a one off. Billing and payment process is hassle free. Great information all the time and a flawless service every time. What's not to love? Makes our life si much easier. Jerry even spent time with us to let our dog say hello and get used to him.

Cannot fault Jerry at Brighton Milk. Have been having milk and juice delivered for a couple of years and not had a single complaint. I’m often awake in the middle of the night and never hear the milk arriving- he’s so quiet I don’t know how he does it! What’s really useful for us is how accommodating he is when I change the order at the last minute, usually needing to add a pint or two if my kids have guzzled all the milk. Quick text and always received without any trouble. Invoice arrives monthly and easy to pay. Never expected to pay in advance and set up is super easy. Would never go back to plastic bottled milk from supermarket or use anyone other than Jerry.

Jerry provides an excellent service. Never misses a delivery and you can text him alterations up to midnight the night before. Delivers more than just milk too. Highly recommended!

Can’t fault my milkman I have never had a problem milk always on my door step when I get up and if I need to cancel at any time holidays etc not a problem would highly recommend

Been using brighton milk for some time now. They always get my orders right and the quality is very good. Great service and can change orders the same day if I need more or less the following morning. Its been so valuable through lockdown. I'd encourage people to give it a go.

Delivery was set up within the space of a phone call. Billing is stress free .We've had to alter our order from time to time and it's never been a problem

Great service from setting up an account to my delivery every week.

Jeremy is awesome, nothing is too much trouble, text him the night before for any amendments. He bills in arrears rather than in advance, true old school. It’s such a pleasure to use him as our milkman as he is an independent supplier, an individual rather than a large company that isn’t interested in customers. His customer service is second to none. Highly recommend, five stars service, supply and quality.

So pleased we started using Brighton Milk. It’s super easy to set up a regular order & Jerry is able to accept changes to orders up to the night before delivery. We’ve been using Brighton Milk for a few months & totally happy with the service. Would highly recommend.
