Best thing I did was to get my milk delivered to my door the service is absolutely first class I cannot fault it.

The driver delivers to new cardington at 1.40 in the morning. Going so fast over ramps that it sounds as if a vehicle has crashed into a building.It wakes everyone up.
Its anti social behaviour!

The staff in Newcastle upon Tyne are invariably efgicient helpful and delightful to deal with.

I live in Kingsclere and I always get what I order and my milkman comes at a reasonable time for delivering.
The milk is really nice and you can taste the difference from the supermarkets. All the products I get from Hanover dairies are very good so I recommend thank you 🫶

Milk delivered on time. Instructions about delivery are listened to.

Representative at the door misrepresented the ingredients of the soy milk for a sale.

Maybe it was an honest mistake, maybe not.

Order is being cancelled either way.

Ultimately, I think we may be banned anyway now 😂. I’m on the spectrum and regularly forget normal daily tasks like paying bills! The company would let me run up a few months, then chase me like crazy, and I would pay. Ultimately, I’m just forgetful, not a thief. One time I let it get too far before paying and I think I scared them, so there was a whole formal process. I felt a bit awkward asking if we could remain customers afterwards as I felt I’d probably lost their trust. Anyway! The review…

Friendly staff, helpful, tasty milk. I didn’t like that sometimes our order would have a last-minute substitution. Sometimes it wasn’t really how we wanted to start the day, but I get it — it’s better than a turd 💩. Can’t hate them for a substitution.

I can’t lie, though: part of the reason we didn’t *attempt* to sign up again or choose another provider was the evening deliveries. It’s both weird and hard to remember because it’s unusual, particularly compared to the ’90s when, as a boy, you’d open the door in the morning and grab the cold glass bottle — wet and covered in condensation.

Getting your lukewarm milk at 6:30pm is weird, and I’m not sure it can be great for the milk. We binned some that was accidentally left outside overnight; it was warm and gross, with loads of fatty bits floating around.

As a company and a product, though, I can’t really knock them. The delivery is where it falls down for me.

Is that their fault? Or can they simply not get people to work early-morning shifts for the wages they can offer without increasing prices for customers? I would imagine it’s probably the latter.

I have been a customer for a few years now and I have had to cancel my milk and I am constantly getting sour milk due to the milk being delivered 10-11.30pm at night and being out all night. On the occasion I am still awake and bring the milk in the night before it is already room temperature. I have been told that the delivery times and firm and cannot be changed.

Avoid, avoid, they use old, noisy, unrefrigerated trucks. They deliver between midnight and 6 am, leave engines running, don't use seat belts (both of which is against the law), and sometimes leave radios on. They have absolutely no thought for residents near the delivery address. Customer Service Manager Katey stated that complaints are taken seriously and emailed: “I can confirm all information given by yourself over your telephone call has been passed to the depot manager to investigate thoroughly”. Result: ZERO, no contact, deliveries continue the same, waking up residents. Do not use this company.

Fantastic service. Our milk delivery is like clockwork same time twice a week. Our milkman has never missed a delivery. Very impressive. We are also very happy to be supporting the local farms. The organic milk we have is exceptional.

I am very impressed by the service given by Hanover Dairies.
They are prompt , reliable and use recyclable bottles. The fact that the milk is delivered to my door is really appreciated.

The milk is sourced from local dairy farmers and is of high quality with regard to taste and longevity.

Reliable delivery and added bonus of using reusable glass bottles

Very efficient with online portal for payments and milk cancellations. Exact time of delivery is quite variable but always reliable.

Initially I was very pleased with Hanover Dairies for a large period with early morning deliveries.

A sudden and unexpected change for Summer delivery times which were not agreed to.... midday.
Paying weekly for spoiled milk when their delivery promise explicitly states delivery before 7am.

Raising this issue multiple times with their customer service has proven pointless.

In communication with their supplier to see if other companies offer the products required.

All ways delivers at the same time so I can get the milk in good service
