Misleading price, don’t be drawn in
After having someone come to the door trying to offer milk delivered to the door decided to give it a go. Told him how much milk we use and gave a price that wasn’t too much more than the supermarket so agreed. Turns out the amount he had written down was actually far less milk than we needed for more money but still thought at least it’s supporting local farmers. However, to make things worse after receiving the first delivery I created my account online to find the invoice on here was even more than the hand written slip I had received, now about double what it costs at the supermarket. I rung to cancel and stated that I had a slip with the price on so why was I being charged more than this but was just told that he must have made a mistake and that there’s no way it would be that price. Definitely avoid, I am bad at saying no to people at the door but wish I had as was more expensive than I wanted and felt scammed by then having to pay even more money than I was told. Not sure if just a mistake or deliberately mislead to get me to sign up.

A truly awful experience with this company, deliveries were late or did not appear or were the wrong thing. Portal dosn't offer anyway to dispute these apart from calling in or emailing. Would not recommend

Had a few deliveries with no issue how ever the last 2 deliveries have been missed and i have been told that my order would be delivered today and its not been delivered... i pay a lot of money for these deliveries and the service over the past 2 weeks has been awful.

This service is quite often a life saver. I have very little money and this delivery is vital to make sure I have milk in the house. This company is helpful and polite and very quiet. I say quiet because I rarely hear the milk being delivered. I have now increased my order to include some flavoured milk at the weekend which is really tasty. I love the flavour.

There is nothing more special than getting your milk bottles secretly delivered to your door, without you even knowing it's happened. I love Hanover Dairies and the products are freshly delivered without any issues. Highly recommend this service and products.

Second time delivery has not arrived
Second time delivery has not arrived, blamed on inexperienced drivers. Milk bottles not picked up in the past. The web experience is poor and outdated so sadly I have cancelled and returned to supermarket.

A wonderful firm with friendly staff
Deliveries are great: reliable, early morning and easy to change or add to online or by phone. So sustainable with glass bottles returned instead of plastic. It's really good being able to add locally sourced very high quality eggs and farm-made butter, at good prices. Highly recommended!
