Welcoming environment and extremely helpful. Renee and Joanne made the whole experience very easy. The icing on the cake is I got three pairs of reading glasses for less than £60. Would highly recommend anyone needing new glasses to pop along. They have a vast range to suit all budgets.

My second visit to Brillen and as before Renee did not disappoint. Renee and Jo the optometrist are both really friendly and professional, they really compliment each other and its clear they have a great working relationship. This is such a refreshing environment to be in. My glasses are lovely and second pair of prescription sunglasses are fantastic. Pricing is such a massive difference from my previous experiences with well known high street stores that push you into the most expensive frames. My two pairs of high spec glasses cost me a lot less than previously for just one pair. Overall I cannot recommend highly enough.

What can say other then amazing service!!
I had popped into Boots opticians, before I ended up going to this shop, and the experience was shocking. I waited well over 5 mins to be seen and I just needed a simple repair only to be told " we can't do it as the sunglasses were not purchased from there!! it was only a screw needed for the arm.
so I pooped into Brillen and what a wonderful experience that was, they were only too willing to help and resolved both my repairs, but made it it so good was the staff, they were so friendly.
From now on I will be using this store for any eye wear needs, I would recommend to anyone to try this store you wont be let down.

Great service told them I was suffering with High Blood pressure Jo the optometrist said they have a new machine now which will show any abnormalities in the eye so that was very reasuring and highly professional and personal services were excellent off Renee the owner has so much experience and knowledge in reading your face and character she will surprise you with her suggestions in the most positive way .The whole experience was fantastic the Glasses are super quality and very good price . Thank you.

What a great experience from start to finish. I was made welcome the minute I walked through the door and left feeling like I’d gained a new friend. I was offered a coffee as soon as I sat down.
Joanne the optician is incredible. Lots of knowledge and information about behind my eye and the future of my vision.
Renée helped me pick the best frames for my face shape and the best colour. And get this they were only £49. Highly recommend anyone in the area to check out this opticians. You won’t be disappointed !
