Fantastic experience using Britannia Beckwith in Newhaven. One of the company directors, Cameron, understood the unusualness and urgency of the situation and literally within an hour of exchange of contracts, schedules were re-arranged and removal men arrived on our Mum’s doorstep ready to pack. Emily in the office also was excellent and responsive. Efficient, friendly and professional - the 5 men who helped in this process - Rob W, Lee M, Barry C, Barry E and Alek - are absolute stars of the removal business. We are very grateful for such a rapid response which helped us to be able to help our Mum move so quickly and with little stress. Thank you so very much.

Emily was particularly helpful when I was booking the van. The van was clean and ready for me to pick up, and the staff in Newhaven were very helpful in explaining the procedure, both when I collected and returned the van.

Britannia made the move easy. Ben and Peter were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Dave,Chris and Lee from Newhaven branch were super efficient, friendly and took great care in packing my possessions. They worked as a team and the packing of each container was a work of art, not a centimetre of space left over.

Taff and Dan W were perfect they arrived on time with a cheerfully Outlook to the task ahead we showed them round and explained what was going and what was not .they started shifting the boxes and furniture and apart from a coffee break never stopped and after several hours which seemed to fly by and the job was soon done with great professionalism and tidiness. I would gladly recommend this company and team to anyone ,were very impressed with the whole experience.

On a day where nothing else seemed to go right, Paul and Ben were just fabulous. Arrived on time, nothing was too much, were friendly and kind natured, very professional... and when we got really messed around and continuously delayed waiting for money to clear they never complained once.

Things took so long that they had to draft in further colleagues from another job to finally get us moved in, who were fantastic also - Barry and Peter I believe!

Everyone I spoke to at every point from this company was fantastic to deal with, so total satisfaction from start to finish.

Rob and Colin, of Beckwiths, provided a helpful, hard working and professional service in almost hurricane conditions. They listened carefully to our requests and suggestions despite the appalling weather. They used a tried and tested system to transfer our many treasured possessions onto wooden containers inside two lorries en route to temporary storage.
Rob and Colin worked extremely hard. No wonder they devoured the running buffet on offer.
We were very pleased with their VIP service. Their positivity and patience was exemplary.

The online ordering system was straightforward, and I received confirmation emails right away. The delivery was prompt, arriving right when I was told it would. All my items were carefully packed to avoid any damage, which I greatly appreciated. Moreover, their team went above and beyond by providing tips on how to best prepare my items for the event.
