Having been extremely disappointed with a local removers with the way my property was damaged and not put into storage appropriately causing broken boxes and items eg boxes marked 'glass fragile' under boxes marked 'heavy books' Lee from Brittania was extremely helpful and supportive with guidance and information. His team, Ollie and Taff, were extremely professional, considerate and hard working on the day and I would thoroughly recommend Brittania Beckwith for their high quality service. They are also members of British Association of Removers giving additional reassurance. Many thanks for a professional service.

Ben N, Alex, and Chris E did a fantastic job moving us the week before Christmas. They were professional, friendly and super efficient. I was very happy that they also took the time to dismantle and then reassemble furniture.

Taff, Ben, Lee and Hayden were all very professional and efficient. Very happy with the move. They put everything back together well too.

Jimmy, Alek and Tom moved us out very efficiently and with friendly cheerfulness. They worked so hard that the cups of tea and coffee we made them went cold before they stopped to drink them. We’d like to book them again when we move into our new house.

Parking was going to be pretty tight for my new property in Shoreham, but the team had obviously been out to see the street & thoroughly assess beforehand, and adjusted the size of delivery van accordingly. (A larger vehicle had been used to collect the contents initially, & crate for in-house storage - which was also extremely efficient .)
Britannia had also done a little bit of online research for the new property to gain a rough idea of layout & what they would be dealing with on delivery.
It is a slick operation, and everyone is very friendly.The 2 guys on the delivery Will & Paul P worked extremely hard . Nothing was too much trouble - even dealing with a horrendously large bed frame & chest of drawers around some incredibly tight corners .
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Britannia to anyone.

We had a very professional service from the team for our 3bedroom cross-country move. Pete did our kitchen and fragile pack and everything was clearly labelled and arrived in tact - he arrived in time and got the job done in a timely way.
On moving day Mark C, Alex, Barry E and Paul P managed everything perfectly. They coped with a few unexpected issues (needing to get a wardrobe over a bannister, take a door for a fridge to come out and some challenging parking at the other end) and they worked hard to get loaded in good time. Delivery was just as good with everything in the right place, checking locations when needed and just cracking in the rest of the time. They were polite, considerate and most of all their experienced approach was very appreciated.

What a fantastic moving experience!
This was our fourth move with Britannia and we'd always been impressed before, but this time the move was even more impressive. The team arrived early and despite there being a lot to load and having to contend with traffic they were loaded within a few hours. Nothing could have been too much trouble for the team. Unloading the following day was exactly the same; they arrived earlier than promised and got to work straight away and again finished after just a few hours. We had to supply tea and coffee to slow them down!
The team were diligent; whare something was damaged prior to being removed it was pointed out to us and the piece of dowling that dropped off the furniture was handed to us. We've now emptied almost every box and have come across no damages. What a fantastic experience; thank you Britannia Beckwith and thank you Taff and Will E.
