Gold is money
Nice central safe location with secure entry. Very friendly staff. Bullion transaction was very easy. Told terms of business were 5 banking days for proceeds of sale. An email would inform me that transfer to bank was in process with one day wait time after email. I received a very favourable rate of exchange and a few hours later a phonecall to say their transaction to bank was already completed. Within 24 hours money was in my bank account. Very satisfied with this service and will use again.

Sale of a gold coin…
I recently sold a gold coin through British Bullion. I rang up first thing & got an appointment that morning in Oldham. The staff were very friendly & helpful, they verified the coin in a couple of minutes & made me an offer which was over 95% of the spot price. I accepted the offer & the money was in my bank account the following day.

Don’t deal with this company
Don’t deal with this company. They manufacture issues so they don’t have to send your purchases, but only when the price is going up.
Their premiums and buy back rates are also disgusting.

Pretty straightforward experience
Selling to them I had slightly better offers elsewhere but British Bullion offered the convenience of a branch/vault in a nearby city, so I chose this company on the basis of convenience. I was quoted 'up to 5 working days' to receive the funds in my account but in practice I received the funds the next day. A very simple procedure and I have no hesitation to recommend for anyone with bullion to sell.
