Firstly when I called to enquire about selling as an ordinary member of the public I was made to feel welcome and the process was exlained clearly. Secure vault facilities in Newcastle
It was a pleasure visiting the British Bullion vault in Newcastle. Franco was highly professional and looked after us well throughout the visit. The prices paid for the bullion pieces we sold were slightly lower than we could have obtained in London but we felt this was outweighed by the convenience and safety of transacting locally. We were told wire payment would be within 10 working days and in fact it was paid in 5 working days. I would have no hesitation using the Newcastle branch of British Bullion in the future.

American Tourist in Bristol
My family was visiting Bristol from the United States for a vacation. I collect Silver as a hobby. It was my first time buying it from an actual vault. The lady who attended us was exceptionally knowledgeable and respectful. My wife and I selected a few silver rounds that were specifically British as a souvenirs from our time in Bristol. I would highly recommend British Bullion if you are interested in investing in precious metals or if you just like collecting it. It’s definitely worth a stop if you are passing through Bristol or staying for a visit.

Very reliable, items were sent off after I accepted the price and receipt issued. 4-5 days later the money arrived in bank account. Safer than shipping via the post. 10/10
