Scam company ! Tried to phone me back and say they can only process refund manually and need bank details !

ABSOLUTELY NOT !

I have reported to company and to BBC Scam interceptors

Avoid avoid avoid

Really annoying …needed 1 board to finish job … ordered it with daylight robbery delivery . They delivered the wrong colour. No one answers phones or emails so avoid if you don’t want to waste money

This company are an absolute shambles…

This company are an absolute shambles please avoid buying anything from them, I placed an order in November 2025 from them for 13 panels 13 tubes of glue , I waited from November for delivery December came and went I emailed them no reply , tried calling them no reply, after two months I finally got a delivery date from them, this was after I contacted the bank to try pull my cash back, it took them a month to reply to my bank , something they have tried to deny recently, I couldn’t believe it when I opened one of the boxes to find they had sent two correct panels and one a completely different design , I then sent a whole load of emails to them and again completely ignored eventually I got a call from a guy apologising and he gave me a date for replacement panels to be delivered, on the run up to the delivery I got another call stating the delivery had to be cancelled they had no stock, so more waiting , I was then given a further FOUR delivery dates that were also cancelled , in between waiting on these delivery dates I sent more emails and again I was completely ignored, I tried calling the mobile number of the guy that had called me previously and he kept clicking me off, I left voicemails and asked for a call back again ignored, I then sent an email message through their website page and after a week or so I finally got a reply from a man called Charlie , to say he was rude is an understatement, I really should copy and paste the emails he sent me as I was in a state of shock at what he had written to me , this man was downright horrible, he tried to make out that I still had a bank case opened which was a lie so I took a screenshot from my bank and attached it to the reply to him , he then took an absolutely stinking attitude with me all because i said to him that i have a full dossier of emails dates of calls and when voicemails were left and i have proofs that not one of my emails text or voicemails were replied to, it really was extremely upsetting reading his emails to me , eventually i got a text message stating that the wrong panels would be collected on the 18th of march, and on the 18th march nobody turned up , this is despite the fact that we had been stuck with a huge box in my narrow hallway since it was delivered in January , I explained it was a safety issue as it’s a full disabled household but he didn’t care , he then went on to say there would be no refund until they fully inspected the panels , I replied stating that I would get the courier to open the box and take the panels out to prove they were the same way as they were delivered to me , he then emailed back stating that due to me opening a case with my bank previously they did not have to refund me as it was out the 30 days return period!!!! Then contradicted himself by saying we ask customers to wait 75 days before they contact their bank, my answer to that was the fact that every single email text and voicemail to them was completely ignored and the bank case was closed upon delivery in January albeit wrong panels delivered , on the 19th march I receive a call from the courier saying I was meant to come yesterday but couldn’t I’m in my way now! Absolutely unbelievable, I videoed the man opening the box checking the panels and he took them away intact, however I Recieved an email stating they had processed a part refund! They refunded me for three panels that was it , I had been told I would be refunded the delivery charge and this was not done they did not refund me the delivery charge , this was the second time I’ve used this company and it’s went wrong the first time a courier turned up at my door at 11pm at night no phone call nothing then he opened his van and said oh there’s nothing on the van for you, I had the same issue trying to get a reply from them to find out where my order had disappeared to , eventually I got the first order but the guy that delivered said there was no glue this company is an absolute shitshow, absolute scammers how they managed to get a business account with Klarna is beyond me , I was even sent emails at Christmas that was meant for their staff saying how they were smashing it , I actually replied to that staff email saying I wish you would smash it when it comes to delivering me my panels that I paid you for , and again no reply don’t be fooled by their cheap prices , because you pay the price waiting for months on end to get what you paid for , then you struggle to get your money back I’ve reported them to trading standards they really do need to be looked into four months in total dozens of emails voicemails and text messages ignored and when they finally do reply they send you abusive emails , and try and make out you are a liar , then if your really lucky you will get a partial refund !!! It’s disgusting

Ordered panels from BHD

Ordered panels from BHD, the wrong colour. Tried to contact via email, phone for weeks with no luck.

The wrong colour panels were delivered. Tried to get in touched with both BHD and the transport team. No response via emails or phone. Very disappointing customer service

Not as advertised and don't want to sort

Purchased 2 panels , they were advertised as wood veneer, they are not wood veneer, they are cheap quality printed images stuck to the front.
Ongoing problems trying to get refunded. All messages and evidence sent to citizens advice to be forwarded to trading standards. Terrible company, avoid

I would strongly advise against buying…

I would strongly advise against buying from this company. The panels that arrived were the wrong colour, and I have been unable to resolve the issue. No one answers the phone, emails go unanswered, and there appears to be no customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Lack of communication

Original order was for 3 accoustic panels, one edge trim, and a tube of adhesive. Eventually delivered after a delay. Panels and trim were wrong colour. Attempts to contact came to nothing. After posting on trust pilot, things moved a bit with the company making contact. Arranged exchange of panels and trim for the correct shade. Delivery date was arranged...and then delayed again. Eventually driver arrived with 3 correct colour panels but no trim. When I asked, driver said that trim would come later....fat chance!! Two weeks have passed, have attempted email contact, and as usual no reply. I haven't put the panels up or used any if the materials as I am loathe to start until I have all the correct items. My next step is to contact my bank and seek a full refund for the incompetence/ bad service I have had from this company. This whole debacle has been going on for over a month now!

This is a scam website. They have stolen photographs and images from other business websites for products that they clearly do not stock themselves. Do not purchase.
