Excellent service panels arrived within 3 days and the delivery driver was great and very helpful

Was happy with delivery and the panels it’s self but I orderd 5 and I am so upset and disappointed that I ordered the same colour for all 5 and I have 2 that are darker and 3 that are lighter which I don’t understand because there all meant to be the same I have emailed but had no response I spent a lot of money and now can not finish my bathroom because there different colour

I’d been looking at fitting acoustic panels in the bedrooms for some time now and after a lot of researching, I came across these guys….As it was an advert on Facebook, and extremely well priced, I was a bit sceptical about the company so made the journey to their unit in Darlaston, just by Wednesbury IKEA, and had a look at the panels in person. These panels are NOT the poor quality panels that you find in diy outlets…..these are 22mm thick and finished to a high standard…I ordered 13 panels on Saturday and they were delivered today (Tuesday) and they kept me informed of the delivery from the day before up until delivered….They come well packaged but I have taken them all out to check for any damage and all good. If you are looking for good quality panels and great service, these are your people 👌

I was surprised at how quickly the panels were delivered, despite the expectation being 5 to 7 working days lead time.

I phoned on a tuesday and asked if it was possible to deliver panels by the weekend, I was apologetically informed he didnt think it was possible. I ordered the panels anyways.

They were delivered thursday morning, unbelievable effort!! panels are perfect all in place and I can crack on with the rest of the works.

Highly recommend and will certainly be using this company again.

I needed panels at short notice, panel world were really helpful from start to finish. They had a wide variety of options, very high quality , and quick to answer any questions regarding my purchase.
The delivery was really quick which was a huge help as I needed it last minute.

Ordered panels from this company.. arrived very quickly.. unfortunately 2 of the 4 panels arrived with deep scratches so were unusable. Sent email with photos explaining I couldn’t use elsewhere either as would be visible.. after 4 days I finally had a reply asking could I not use them elsewhere in the bathroom when I had already told them I couldn’t.. this was also met with no response. After a further 2 days I called them myself to ask what was happening.. this exchange got very heated but did lead to replacement panels arriving next day, one of these still damaged! Lost the Will at this stage so went to Amazon for a replacement. Avoid this company.
