Don’t choose a store based solely on Trustpilot reviews—do your research!

I ordered three Samsung 65W Trio adapters from this store. When they arrived, it was immediately obvious they were counterfeit. The packaging literally had typos like “serious injurier” and "Dubtin" instead of "Dublin". Furthermore, the store committed customs fraud by declaring the package value as nearly zero to sneak their fakes past border inspections.

I requested a return and left a review. The seller then called me from a private number, begging me to take the review down. He actually admitted on the recorded call: "The boxes might be fake, but the adapters are genuine."

He gave me a return label valid for only 5 days. I was in the middle of exams, so I couldn't ship it instantly. When I messaged him 9 days later asking for a refreshed label so I could mail the fakes back, he absolutely lost his mind. He refused the return outright, accused me of blackmail, and started texting my personal number account using extreme profanity and racial slurs.

Great supplier everything spot on. Price, ease of ordering, packaging, speed of delivery, nothing to fault

Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

The Nintendo Handheld Game Consoles Clear Coat Self-Healing HydroGel Screen Protector was poor quality from the start. Despite having plenty of experience installing screen protectors on multiple devices, this one left an immense amount of bubbles that would not come out, even when using a mini squeegee tool carefully during application. On top of that, the protector did not even fully cover the screen properly.

What made the experience worse was the seller’s attitude afterward. I contacted them politely, explained the issues clearly, and even offered to return the used protectors if necessary. Instead of handling the matter professionally, I received dismissive responses, including being told they are “not in the business of giving freebies and refunds mate,” which is completely unacceptable customer service.

I was simply asking for a reasonable resolution for a product I was unhappy with, not a “freebie.” Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller.

I have bought with them several times now and have gotten nothing but great deals, fast shipping, and impeccable customer service.

In my last order, I had a minor issue, where I got delivered a slightly different product than the one I had ordered. It would have been a great deal, nevertheless, but I've emailed them, wondering if there was any way they could fix it.

The product looked robust and was a good size. However, the instructions and video were useless to me. I wasted all 6 trying to figure it out. The product is good in theory but I won't buy it again.

I placed an order this morning and fairly soon realised I'd made a mistake. I emailed asking the company to cancel my order, but unfortunately as soon as I'd pressed send I was notified that it was on it's way. I rang the number on their website and was surprised when a guy answered immediately. He was very helpful and cancelled the order and issued a refund while we were speaking. I went back to the website and ordered the EU 3 pin dual port adaptor I wanted. Within moments the phone rang and it was the same guy I'd spoken to from British Modules, just checking that it was the right plug that I wanted. This was very considerate of him and much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will only use them from now on.

I purchased a hybrid glass &fusion screen protector for my iPhone 13pro max. It arrived quickly and in good shape. The company provide comprehensive videos for installing each type of screen protector. Despite this, I got into difficulty and contacted Hugh in customer services. He was patient and most helpful and showed me where I was going wrong. I tried again but stupidly specs of dirt messed up the installation (my fault again).
I think the company offers very good products at a more than fair price and I recommend them for your phone accessories. Most of all, they are very customer focused and great value.

ordered a charger and it was advertised as fast charging which it definitely is not. Customer service offered a refund which I was unfortunately unable to do since it was a gift. But they are very nice.
I just got unlucky and would hope that the next order goes better.

I have placed orders with British Modules many times previously and orders always arrive promptly. They are also very efficient dealing with any enquires especially Houman whom was very helpful.
