Excellent items and amazing service
My husband was missing a number of framed disks - these are for his band and I wanted to get these for his 60th birthday. I’d previously been given the details for a different company whose customer service was far from desirable. I came across The Gold Record Company after an online search and straight away after a quick webchat, Jon was able to assure me they’d be able to get these made for me, kept me up to date throughout and they all arrived on the day of his birthday; I’d only first got in touch a week before! They all look fantastic, great quality and my husband is also very happy! Thank you for your fantastic swift service and quick secure delivery!! Will certainly be using/recommending

Great service
Jon was great! Arranged a bespoke disc along with our order, and it was delivered promptly with little fuss and a nice discount too. The discs themselves are amazing quality and well packaged.
Keep up the great work

Very impressed!
Very impressed!
I purchased a Springsteen - Born in the U.S.A. record from The Gold Record Company as a Christmas gift for my dad, a huge Springsteen fan.
The item was not cheap, by any means, however, I would argue there really is value in what these guys offer. The quality of the item which arrived was absolutely incredible! The records are sleek & shiny & perfectly positioned in their frames. I was so impressed that I wanted one for myself & had to buy another.
Also to note - when I had a query regarding my order I emailed & received fantastic & quick service. All my queries were addressed & Jon could not have been more pleasant. Fantastic work guys.

Thank you Anna for our five stars. I am so sorry that your box arrived damaged but thank goodness the disc itself was unharmed. We send out hundreds of these discs all around the World and every now and again an idiot in one of the delivery companies fails to read the red 10" high letters all over the box saying "FRAGILE". However, I am pleased to say that it is extremely rare that the disc itself ever gets damaged due to the quality of the packing itself.
Quick and efficient service
