Spoke to a lovely bloke Justin I think that’s his name I get very forgetful lol, we had the best chat and he listened as well, wasn’t pushy at all just explained it all and made it very simple for me, very good customer service he’s a credit to the company.

Life Insurance/funeral costs
Amazing experience sorting my Life Insurance etc with Steve, very understanding, patient and friendly advisor!
Literally everything explained in detail and he didn't mind my butting in to ask something! Very enjoyable phonecall even though about funeral arrangements too which can make us realise alot about how important our funeral arrangements need to be.
