THE WORSE COMPANY EVER TOOK over 3 weeks to come from overseas when its called BRITISH VITA worse company ever no support either either

One of the tubs was damaged as it was sent in a single layer plastic bag!!

Emailed and no response. Had to chase them for a tracking number too

This is a scam. Purchased a product on their website, they've been moving the delivery date for over a month. Their customer service replies from agmail.

Hopeless! They accept an order, charge you accordingly, then 5 days later you get an automated email saying we can't fulfill your order, then another 5 days to refund. I was about to start an American Express chargeback. No human conatct whatsoever.

I ordered ceylon cinnamon capsules with mct oil 300 for £59. These capsules are really large with very hard casing. I choked on them twice even when trying to swallow them with yoghurt . I am not risking them any more.

Ordered lots of collagen items from here, all arrived fast, if any where out of stock i was updated and consulted before being refunded. Excellent service, excellent communication, fsntastic products, would highly recommend.

This was my second order and I’ve never had a problem!

Despite seeing quite a few negative reviews on Trustpilot, my experience with British Vita has been completely different.

I've just received my second order, and once again everything went perfectly. They stock the American DHEA brand that I was looking for, which I couldn't find anywhere else, and both deliveries arrived faster than expected.

Based on my own experience, I can only recommend British Vita. Great service, fast delivery, and exactly the products I wanted.

Delivery was not made to the correct address provided. Just dumped somewhere. I give evidence of the incorrect address, yet they denied its correct. I have requested a refund but no respond. DO NOT order from them.

AVOID - Ordered item close to two weeks ago, item not received. Unable to contact them and no response to support ticket logged from the website.

I have asked for a full refund - trading standards contacted and company directors. How in 2026 can a company operate in this way, these company need to be avoided so they go out of business.

Theft

This is a scam site. Number one is using a Gmail address instead of an official company domain, number to the company contact telephone number is a mobile number three companies house has no use of information it's all hidden no directors. No VAT number. My bank has already issued a charge back.

This company take your money it goes to Evri that sate the delivery is delayed and then you contact the Robot Evri. Utter shameful how all parties operate.

Products never arrived! Expensive and dont respond.

Placed an order that went through. Then suddenly it was cancelled and the refund is way less than what i paid them. So disappointed

As a mother in the UK, I ordered melatonin for my daughter and me because we genuinely needed it during a tense time. I am quite pleased with the product.The quality is great, and I was pleased with the selection on the website; I found items there I had not seen elsewhere while browsing.The delivery extended a bit beyond my initial expectation, though a re-review of their shipping policy made it clear that this was my error in oversight.Despite that, the support I received during this time meant a lot to me.
