“14-Day Returns” and “24/7 Support” - Neither Exists in Practice
“14-Day Returns” and “24/7 Support” — Both False Advertising
I placed an order for £721.15 on 18 April 2025. Within minutes of purchasing, I attempted to cancel — before any goods were dispatched — and discovered that every single contact channel this company advertises is either non-functional or completely ignored.
Here is what actually happened:
• Emails to Ninelife were automatically rejected — the address does not exist.
• Phone calls went unanswered after one initial brief contact, during which the agent could not even locate my order.
• SMS reply to the merchant’s own order confirmation text failed to deliver.
• Three “Request a Callback” forms submitted via their website were each acknowledged with a promise of response within 24 hours. None were answered — over three days.
• Live chat on their website received zero response.
The website prominently displays “14-Day Returns” and “24/7 Support.” Based on my experience, neither exists in practice. I was unable to cancel an order I placed in good faith, through no fault of my own, because the company made it impossible to make contact.
I have screenshots documenting every failed attempt. I am now pursuing a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider. and will report this matter to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards and Action Fraud.
If you are considering purchasing from this company, I strongly urge you to reconsider.

Went to purchase a pelvic support belt…
Went to purchase a pelvic support belt for 107 pounds and they want 7 pounds postage on top.
Jog on that's a rip off it should be free for pain relief products at over 100 pounds. Definitely not British company it's probably China so no thanks and I'm glad I checked trustpilot first.

They sent me 5mg capsules of cycloastragenol...I ordered 6 bottles at a cost of £1,200 for 25 mg capsules.they refused compensation as 14 days from delivery had passed..I have lost a lot of money... DON'T buy from this company..

Product is great. Delivery, though as advised, not that fast so make sure you order in time.
What I ordered is what I got
I contacted the company via email and they assured me I would receive the correct order. Since I had previously lost money returning wrong items from other vendors, I was very satisfied when my order arrived correctly.

Worst company to ever purchase items for. I purchased some tea which were extremely expensive but I was in the UK for a short time and decided to buy a few. I was told my order would an arrive between 17th and 20th of March. It didn’t arrive and no communication was received in that regard. My tea arrived on the 27th luckily I was leaving the UK on 28th. Upon opening the package I saw only half of my order. I quickly contacted the company to let them know and find out why I had received a part of my purchase. I was told the other order was out of stock, again it didn’t say that on their website and I didn’t receive that information. I have been going back and forth with this company to refund the money of the part that wasn’t delivered. One Alex has just been telling me about vouchers and discounts code until the get the issue resolved. I have told him countless of times I don’t need a voucher, I need my money back. Also I have left the UK. Items haven’t been delivered I need a refund. I feel this is a very dodgy and can’t be trusted. Stay away from them. I’ve had to report the issue to my bank.
VERY POOR customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
