I was on social media and they popped up, I was curious, not im locked into being told what to buy and a membership fee, just to look, Not Cool,SCAM, impossible to cancel membership because they say im not putting in correct email or password, can't talk to a human, messed my day up, im so angry.

I wanted to just try one of their products, so ordering online, i thought i might, at some stage, return and so i opened an account. I did not expect or imagine that i might fall into the trap of signing up to their membership. The signing up for, what i thought was going to be a simple account turned out to be more complex and borderline misleading. More like sneaky foreign companies have done. I thought a British company would be much clearer in what it was offering vis a vis its account options. Had i not cancelled this ‘membership’ option, (which i had not realised i had signed up for) they would have stung me for £48 in november. I havent received my order yet, so i have no opinion as to their products, but i would urge customers to be aware when checking out.

Charged £48 Despite Cancelling During the Free Trial

Really disappointed with my experience. I cancelled my membership during the free trial because I didn’t want to continue with the service, yet for some reason they’ve still taken £48 out of my account.

What’s the point of offering a free trial if you’re going to charge people even after they’ve cancelled?

I made sure to cancel in time, so I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place\. It’s frustrating having to chase a refund for money that should never have been taken.

I’ve now requested a full refund and expect this to be sorted out as soon as possible.

Not a great experience at all, and it’s certainly put me off ever using this company again.

Bought some spices from well easy and they signed me up for a membership I did not want. This was taken from my card with no notification despite your site saying there would be an email. there are contact details on your website had to track down your email address elsewhere. Spices cost about £11.00 and membership cost £48 We are elderly and do not always understand your site well. Please cancel this membership forthwith and refund remaining time as stated. I will never again use your deceptive company. The credit card company have been informed at least Mr Turpin wore a mask.

If you oppose exploitation of nonhuman animals, be careful. Some items that are not free from animal exploitation slipped into the vegan categories. I notified the company. But always check the ingredients.

All products well wrapped & delivery was excellent. Everything delivered as expected, new product tried, oven cleaner Miniml has been tried out. Really good no horrible fumes or smell really easy to clean oven & glass door. So much better for my breathing as I have heart condition, delighted.

I placed an order last week and the order came in two different orders, and that was because I had complained that my order wasn’t completed. A couple days later I get an email saying the order was split why? And to cap it off the ‘free’ item for spending a certain amount, wasn’t included in the order. My renewal is due to come up and I am seriously considering not to renew. Absolutely shambolic, need to improve massively.

What a bad company. I had zero idea about automatically being entered into a yearly membership when you order not only that I was charged the yearly membership within a month of ordering my first order it makes absolutely no sense and if this is the case then it should be advertised all over their site to make customers fully aware of what they are entering into. It is absolutely shocking and very much feels like a scam. Customer service emails do not even address your concerns it feels like automatic AI responses. Horrid company. I cancelled the membership I had no idea I was entered into but it wouldn't let me cancel and after trying a few more times I was then able to cancel. I am hoping that they do not reinstate the membership in their end as I cannot even cancel my account there is no option to. Very disturbing very very unethical. You should be shut down!

The products and the speed of delivery. So many of things I buy from sepciality and organic shops, but all in one place.

Delivery not received. Really hard to communicate with the company. I have used them for a few years now on and off, but feel that, with the lack of delivery reliability and difficulty in making contact with anybody, this will be my last order.

They totally scammed me for £48 I DID NOT AGREE TO!
I'm pretty savvy, and I don't know how they got this one over on me.

This company has a secret subscription service described as free forcibly tacked onto every purchase. I realised a charge was coming and cancelled it six days before the end of the so-called trial, but was still charged £48. There is no way of contacting the company to get a refund or redress. Straight forward scam.
