Brooks and Kirk Avis 305

You may have heard the phrase that "doctors make the worst patients". The true could be said of of tutors who are students! Everyone at Brooks and Kirk was supportive, open minded and genuinely interested in the delivery of the qualification.

This was my first on-line course; the platform was easy to use, which when coupled with excellent communication from Laura and Amber, meant progress went smoothly.

I cannot recommend Brookes and Kirk highly enough.

Five star experience. You are given support at every single step along the way, what you are doing is always clear and you can work to your own timescale. For the CAVA Level 3 I did a piece of work each day and finished in 8 weeks. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. The support and staff engagement is something that was missing from every other provider review I looked at, and although BK is a little more expensive, you get more than your moneys worth. Other courses I have done have 4-6 week waiting times to get feedback so you can resubmit meaning the course drags on for ages and is often out of your hands. This isn't the case here - I don't think I ever waited more than a day - maybe two. To top it, there is no "hard sell". I made enquiries, and was left alone to make my choice. Other providers were sending me emails constantly to try and get my business. BK simply don't need to and that is another sign of a quality business. Well done BK, and thank you. I don't have any more qualifications I need from you, but I want others to see that you really are top tier and get the same support I did.

A Great basis for the learning experience to gain the knowledge to become a teacher with no pressure to complete and able to fit in the life work balance

I have recently finished a level 3 assessor training course with Brooks and Kirk. From start to finish I've had a great experience with this training provider and wouldn't hesitate to do further courses in the future. Every person I interacted with at the company were really lovely and supportive. The check ins were helpful and I never felt under pressure with work during the course. The course material was relevant and laid out in a good format and structured in a way that kept me interested throughout the course. I would highly recommend Brooks and Kirk

Just wanted to comment that, I am currently having a very horrible experience with another Training Provider at the moment. But I took my memories back to when I did my CAVA & IQA Courses with Brooks & Kirk. Brooks & Kirk gave feedbacks in a very timely manner (This really motivated me to complete my courses with brooks & Kirk) After assignment submissions Brooks & Kirk gave prompt feedbacks. Certification Process was also very efficient- i.e I did not wait a very long time to collect my Certificates after I completed the relevant courses with them. Unfortunately I cannot find any other training provider that I can compare with Brooks and Kirk at the moment. They are very !!Excellent!!!!

Did my IQA lead qualification with, Brooks and Kirk, the training material was very clear and Laura my tutor, provided excellent support, would highly recommend.

Im always weary of enrolling on online courses, but im really glad that i enrolled at Brooks & Kirk. The best thing about them is they're just as helpful and responsive after enrolment as before. All of the staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful.
The moodle is easy to use and the format of self paced learning suits anyone on a time rich or restricted time scale. I managed to pass the CAVA course in 3 months as i had a lot of time free, but it could have stretched out much further if my circumstances changed.
The guidance that they publish is just enough to point the user in the right direction to aid their research, but if you need more help their staff are always on hand and they answer calls and emails really quickly.
Not many negatives really, just really enjoyable.

A great course that helped equip me with the base knowledge to conduct satisfactory assessments for my role. The support given was fabulous and I recommend anyone considering a course like this to work with B&K.

Brooks and Kirk have been a great support from the beginning of my course. I managed to finish in 6 months, this is down to the support and speed that assignments were marked. Units 2 and 3 were really interesting, and gave a good insight into the role of an assessor. The support afterwards with ideas for careers and the arrival of my certificate 2 weeks after finishing was great. I would recommend them if you're thinking of starting this course.

I have heard some god awful horror stories from people who have dealt with tutors/assessors on online platforms and I was nervous to start because of it.

I found however, that Brooks & Kirk are the answer to caring, knowledgeable and competent online learning!

From my first phone call which had me laughing away, and at the end, so excited to start, they have been wonderful!

There has not been a second where they have made me feel inferior or stupid and they have done nothing but boost my confidence at every hurdle i've found myself at.

They regularly check in but not too much, they will talk you through any part of your course, as many times as you need until you get it, without anything but kindness and understanding!

It has taken me alot longer than I originally anticipated and intended, with covid and personal issues but they have gone above and beyond to make me feel like I have everything I need to succeed.

At the end of my prfossional discussion, I found myself choked up, not just because i'd finally completed it but because I was over whelmed with how amazing the whole process was.

To the people of Brooks and Ki
rk, know that your staff are unreal and an asset to your buisness and you are an assett to the industry!
