Brooks and Kirk Avis 

A great course that helped equip me with the base knowledge to conduct satisfactory assessments for my role. The support given was fabulous and I recommend anyone considering a course like this to work with B&K.

Brooks and Kirk have been a great support from the beginning of my course. I managed to finish in 6 months, this is down to the support and speed that assignments were marked. Units 2 and 3 were really interesting, and gave a good insight into the role of an assessor. The support afterwards with ideas for careers and the arrival of my certificate 2 weeks after finishing was great. I would recommend them if you're thinking of starting this course.

I have heard some god awful horror stories from people who have dealt with tutors/assessors on online platforms and I was nervous to start because of it.

I found however, that Brooks & Kirk are the answer to caring, knowledgeable and competent online learning!

From my first phone call which had me laughing away, and at the end, so excited to start, they have been wonderful!

There has not been a second where they have made me feel inferior or stupid and they have done nothing but boost my confidence at every hurdle i've found myself at.

They regularly check in but not too much, they will talk you through any part of your course, as many times as you need until you get it, without anything but kindness and understanding!

It has taken me alot longer than I originally anticipated and intended, with covid and personal issues but they have gone above and beyond to make me feel like I have everything I need to succeed.

At the end of my prfossional discussion, I found myself choked up, not just because i'd finally completed it but because I was over whelmed with how amazing the whole process was.

To the people of Brooks and Ki
rk, know that your staff are unreal and an asset to your buisness and you are an assett to the industry!

I have just finished my CAVA course with Brooks and Kirk and I can't recommend them enough. Everyone I have dealt with at the company is polite, friendly and professional. The turn around speeds for marking my assignments have been extremely fast, which has helped me to progress through the course at a good pace. I've just completed a level 3 CAVA assessor course with Brooks and Kirk and found it an excellent experience.

The course was well structured and broken down into easy to complete tasks. It was simple to follow and there was loads of help and guidance. Feedback was given for each task with support on any additional requirements needed.

It was easier than I was expecting and excellent value for money too! I'd certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

A fantastic course made really enjoyable by a company such as Brooks and Kirk who were really encouraging supportive, and genuinely keen to help. The course was great value with varied assignments and tasks. The personal online log in, 'Moodle', gave access to all the course which was set out clearly with excellent supportive videos. All assignments could be completed distance learning and in your own time. Great company to use, would fully recommend.

I completed my Level 3 CAVA course with Brooks and Kirk and I would highly recommend these training providers. A friendly, hardworking and dedicated team that are always on hand to help. Great, concise feedback on coursework from Rebecca and Laura, which made the assignments a smooth process. For any other help, I found Steve, Billy, Kacey and Lisa incredibly friendly and immensely helpful. Fantastic support throughout my Level 3 course, on the phone and zoom. Always friendly and professional and welcoming. I would recommend them highly. With the last training company I used I never spoke to anyone but Kirk and Brook would even call me if I had not contacted them for a while.

The great balance of online cpd and training modules, practical days and regular check ins via phone call and email enabled me to complete my CAVA qualification alongside my main job with success and confidence. I would highly recommend the company to anyone thinking of doing the CAVA course.

I enjoyed this course, as I was able to do it in my own time. I was able to do so much leave it for a couple of days then go back to where I left off.
