Excellent customer service. Delivery had a little delay because of customs and they helped the best way possible, would recommend.

The wrong order has turned up and customer services have been very slow with responses. Still waiting for an outcome on my order after nearly a month of ordering it. Will not be purchasing from the brand again unfortunately

Great item, slow delivery

Item is great quality and looks great, however I didn’t receive any delivery information for a while. It was only after I chased it up did I start getting updates. It was a shame because I ordered to take on holiday and ordered it over a week before.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is extremely long. I placed my order on November 30, and as of December 19, the package has still not been delivered. Worse, the status remains stuck at "being prepared by the sender. It will be handed over to the carrier shortly."

They originally promised 5-8 business days, yet 20 days later—nearly 3 weeks—there’s still no sign of my order for just two items. Honestly, for an order totaling over €100, this is completely unacceptable.

great customer service

originally sent incorrect item, but as soon as i let them know they sent out a new one and have said to dispose of the other by upcycling. really fast response and great quality clothing

Product arrived damage - no response from customer service

Product arrived with a hole in it, given the item was €80 I would definitely expect better quality. I contacted customer service three days and have received no response, not looking like I’ll have a replacement before Christmas at this stage. Also faced issues with shipping even thought it was €20. Overall not a good experience given the price point

Haven’t event received my order from 2…

Haven’t event received my order from 2 weeks ago, tried to contact everyone for updates managed to get to someone via Instagram but 3 days later still waiting for another reply. Not a positive first experience of my first purchase with the company.

I am still waiting on my parcel ordered…

I am still waiting on my parcel ordered on the 20th of November and it feels now customer support is ignoring me after me sending emails to find out where my parcel is. I also placed a second order in the 29th of November and have still not received that yet.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service , i ordered a hoodie over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it , i got a notification a week after ordering that they had sent it out and a week later it still hasn’t been received by royal mail. i got told id have received it by now and i haven’t !

No reply to emails and cancelled order after nearly 2 weeks

Waited on an order from Black Friday sale for nearly 2 weeks, emailed multiple times after paying for delivery and then my order gets cancelled with no reason why when it’s meant to be a Christmas present.

Very long wait. 2 weeks before items arrive

I ordered my items over 10 days ago and only was notified it had been dispatched today. I was raving about sisters & seekers to my partner as i think the quality is great. but i’ve never waited so long for a UK brand to ship before. Disappointing
