Excellent service. Beautiful initial diamond pendant and gold heart. Came the next day after ordering. Packaging was excellent and makes a lovely looking gift.

Nice selection of items on this site. I chose a pair of white gold hoop earrings. They were to be a present and I had left it rather late, but my earrings arrived very promptly. They were beautiful as well as being a very reasonable price. My sister in law was delighted with them.

I'd been looking for the chain I bought for a long time, fully insured and received it 2 days later, love it! Good customer service is so hard to come by when buying online these days, great communication over a stock issue, couldn't do enough to help. Will definitely consider them first in future. This is a family run company and as such you can feel it is when you speak to customer services . It is a small close knit team who really do go above and beyond to assist you . The lady very kindly stayed on the phone and helped me put my order through online and even did my request of sending me a photo and video that they did for me of my purchase because I was having it gift wrapped by them so wouldn’t see it when it arrived . This wouldn’t have happend with a big company . Was also a very speedy service , I received my purchase the very next day after ordering it . They couldn’t have been more helpful and kind and I will definitely use them again for future purchases in the future and would recommend them to anyone . Overall they have some beautiful items of differnt kinds of jewellery at very reasonable prices .

I recently contacted the Crossgates branch regarding a gift for our daughter’s 30th Birthday.
I’d seen the item online & when I asked if they had it in stock, they said no, but they would arrange to have one sent from their Head Office so we could have a look.
Mel, the lady who dealt with my enquiry was so friendly & couldn’t have been more helpful.
The item arrived , we went to have a look at it & it was perfect.
Again, the staff at the shop couldn’t have been more friendly or more helpful.
