I have nothing but good things to say about Brusby. Comparing them to a survey I bought a few years ago from a larger National company when buying my first house, the quality and information was brilliant.

I had a lengthy call with my surveyor Alastair a couple of days after the survey where he takes me through his findings, he was very thorough and helpful. Got the survey a few days later which included annotated photos and detailed reports of each aspect of the house.

Overall really pleased and very impressed with the quality of the survey, it was well worth the cost and I’d definitely recommend!

I was recently let down by a surveyor leaving us in a difficult position with our house purchase and after posting on a house buying group I was recommended Brusby Surveyors.
Unfortunately when I spoke to Mr Brusby he was booked up until late June but he took the time to advise me on what I should be looking for and recommended me some other reputable Surveyors.
Although he wasn't getting any business from me it was refreshing the level of help he provided me so I can only imagine the great service his customers get.

Due to his recommendation we are now sorted and I can't thank him enough.

We opted for a Type II survey on an old house. Alistair explained the process to us, undertook the survey and provided a full hour's worth of verbal feedback following his visit. The report he produced was comprehensive and required little further clarification. Well worth the time and money involved.
