I was a bit sceptical that a Level 2 survey was going to be worth the money but once I saw the final report I was glad I had decided on it. Comprehensive and in depth and I especially liked being informed of areas that needed urgent attention. Alastair was available to discuss any of the contents with me. Make sure you read what the survey includes and decide if it is what you want. I know there won’t be any surprises when I move in.

Firstly, following a telephone conversation and an email, I was advised that a level one survey was sufficient for the apartment that I was buying. I was informed of the date of the survey 2 weeks in advance. The survey was then carried out and I was able to find out the issues that needed to be rectified immediately after the survey had been completed, without having to wait for the written report. This is the second time that I have used Brusby Surveyors and on both occasions I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them!

Booked in for a RICS level 1 survey for our first home, well I was thinking we'd need a level 2 but Alistair reassured me I didn't but can always upgrade if it was necessary.
