Absolutely couldn't fault anything during the process from booking to receiving the report. All communication was prompt and helpful. Alistair carried out a homebuyers level 2 survey on the property I am in the process of purchasing.
The report produced was extremely comprehensive including photographs which helped me to make an informed decision on the property. Alistair was particularly busy at the time of producing my report but I found him to be extremely approachable, he was more than happy to verbally discuss the report with me in more detail.
Alistair is exceptionally professional and clearly explains everything. I would highly recommend him especially if purchasing an older property so you are fully aware of any work you may need to take on.
