From start to finish Sarah and Amy at B Simmons made selling my maisonette as worry and trouble free as possible, I was kept up to date with all proceedings, Amy in particular was brilliant and compassionate and a real credit to this estate agents.

Leaving mould to grow in the property as landlord is to lazy not to do anything about it which they have known about since 2022 messed up our tenancy agreement last year got us to sign a 24 month agreement and then landlord changed her mind apparently didn’t want a 24 month contract and only a 12 month contract they didn’t show us the 12 month contract until just recently as the landlord wants to increase rent for a property she’s to lazy to repair. Do not trust them and as for Lee brown he’s very rude and not at all nice to deal with

Saying what an amazing team work won’t be enough to express the service and the support B Simmons & Son provided me throughout the process of selling , Sarah is an asset to B Simmons & Son , she played a fantastic role throughout the journey , the amount of knowledge she has for all the paper work going around is incredible, She supported me throughout the process with my onward chain (buying) as well and was on top of it with the estate agent for my new property, the other person i would like to add is Aneta who was the one to book viewing's for the property , she did not give up at all , with all the changes happening around with the mortgages she still made sure i had viewings happening for the sale
I had my contract with a different estate agent from high street last year who promised me a lot of things but never delivered and i wasted 4 months with them until i moved to B Simmons & Son, it was a great decision to move with them .
