I had an amazing experience with BSN Sports. I accidentally made a mistake on my order and called customer service for help. The staff was extremely friendly, understanding, and helped fix the issue right away with no hassle at all. They even rushed my corrected order out ASAP.

It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. They made the whole process stress-free and honestly made me feel valued as a customer. Because of the way they handled everything, they definitely earned a customer for life.

Highly recommend BSN Sports for anyone looking for great products and even better customer service!

Received my white shirt today and it was stained out of the bag! What a joke. They had to have seen it.

I’m disappointed with my experience with this company. My order took a long time to arrive, and the original package was delivered to the wrong address, which caused additional delays.

When I finally received the item, the quality did not match the price. The material feels cheap and not durable, especially compared to what was advertised.

Overall, I feel the product is overpriced for the quality received, and the service experience was frustrating.

I think this company lacks kind, constructive, collaborative customer service. It conveys that youth sports is not a money-grab industry. I am very disappointed customer.

If you're in charge of your team's "team shop" save you and your families a ton of headaches and DO NOT set it up with these folks. Pictures and item descriptions DO NOT match many of the item numbers, and when they ship what matches that item number and it's not what your were expecting, it is your fault and your problem. No refunds. No attempts to rectify.

Terrible service. takes forever to receive products. i placed the order more than 2 months ago. absolutely ridiculous. our school should not work with this horrible store, which is also overpriced. don't buy from bsn sports!!!!

I ordered a spirit wear shirt for my child's school and received it with the wrong font, not the school's official typeface, just a generic substitute that looks nothing like the rest of our school's branded materials. I contacted the company, was told it would be fixed, and waited for a replacement. The replacement arrived with the exact same wrong font. Twice. Same mistake, same lack of attention to detail, same wasted time.

Getting the font wrong isn't a small thing. It's the difference between a shirt that looks like it came from your school and one that looks like a knockoff.

I would not recommend this printer for anything where brand accuracy matters. If your school or organization has specific brand guidelines, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that pays attention to the details.

I would give this company five stars. When you email them for general customer questions and or information, they have an incredibly polite and fast response time.

They also worked well with me on an issue I had on an order, it was simply size related it ,wasn’t anything bad or defective about the clothing .Their product and delivery were just fine.

I really just appreciated their fast and professional response time, in a busy world and market that is very appreciated!

I order adult small hoodie for my daughter. This is the size we always buy her. When the hoodie got here it looked like a youth med. The size on the hoodie said adult small but there is no way. We tried to exchange it but our request was denied. I will never recommend this company or buy from them again.

You only go to this store to buy gear representing your team. The 'return policy" is a fraud because it doesn't reveal that buying something with a team logo (not your name etc.) is considered customized and can't be returned. Who would buy a blank sweatshirt or tee from this site. Order form should prominently disclose that there are no returns.

Price is extremely marked up from the actual value. The jacket was too big when it arrived but was non exchangeable and non refundable due to being custom made.

Delayed Shipping & Poor Service
Christmas gifts were not deliered in time and tracking details show that they were never received by the carrier (status was in "Label Created"). Customer service took longer to respond then the automated message indicated. When finally hearing back, I was told the item was "lost" and that I could get a refund or a replacement item. When asked if there was any way to rush the order that was expected a week and half prior, was told "No".

It's a shame that a large corporation like this takes advantage of parents, family and friends that want to support their kids.

Expensive team gear and delivery was lost. No help from customer service just regurgitated what USPS tracking indicates which was “in transit moving thru USPS network.” Ordered 12/10, supposed to deliver 12/18 for teams first home game, but my daughter was only the only member of team who didn’t have gear for team photo.

Not worth rating. Ordered for a school basketball girl and others got their order but this company claims they cancelled our order as they did not have the material BUT NEVER notified us. Now you have 1 kid with no shirt while all the others have one. This company is a joke. They will not help us in any way. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. We are advising the school of the issue & will make sure they NEVER advise anyone to order through this place. Customer service is no help. Just order cancelled and nothing more. Ask for manager and I get someone & then I ask for someone higher, guess what they will have to call me back. (Not gonna hold my breath on that)They are shady and have bad reputation.

Ordered items back in October. They were Christmas presents. Its 12/16 and I still haven't received anything. Sent numerous emails, no reply

Bought a gift for one of the schools teachers.quality was so bad I’d be embarrassed to give it.probably can’t return because it has school logo DO NOT buy from this site I’m just beyond be disappointed

Cannot Recommend - quality is so bad the item(s) either need to be returned or thrown in the garbage. I cannot get through to customer service…I’ve never been able to. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the clothing they produce. My boys have wanted things they sell but they always seem to get donated to charity. Find another clothing provider.

Awful experience. Item wasn't going to ship until long after it was needed. Called customer service and they wouldn't cancel the order.

College football team family order placed on July 22 with store closing 1-2 days after the order was placed. As of September 10th (7 weeks after the store closed) no one from BSN can produce a shipping confirmation or tracking info despite receiving 3 emails in the past 2 weeks that all items are completed. Called customer service line twice and have been repeatedly lied to by reps and when you disprove their explanation they come up with a new lie. Other families have called and tried to cancel their orders and were told you can't cancel your order until you've received it. So they have our money, won't ship our products and won't refund our money. Entire college FB team order missing with no explanation. 3 games into the FB season with no shipping information for items that were paid for back in July. Would not recommend any sports organization use this company. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

If there was any star lower than a 1 i would have chosen it
Placed this order for a grandparents event next week and now they are saying they won't be shipped to next week. live in north carolina event in tampa florida
supposedly shirts are being made in st petersburg and will be available next week but i can't pick them up there they have to ship them

waiting on a supervisor or manager to call me or disputing this order they can keep it. I could have them custom made by now
