Placed an order in July. I knew the order would not arrive till the end of August. Totally fine. Here we are in the first week of September and nothing. NO UPDATE and NO PACKAGE! Customer service lines are down. Live chat is not so live. It just directs you right to the website. I tried tracking my order, nothing. It literally said 00/00/0000. This is super frustrating as my son's college team already had their first game. I will never use this site again. Extremely frustrating.

Ordered a letterman jacket for my daughter. Said it would take 5 weeks for basic jacket with name embroidery. When received it was not the correct jacket. Decided to order from local business and was able to receive same name brand jacket within 5 days. Even the local business questioned why an in stock jacket would take 5 weeks.

Stadium Seating Inadequate Poor Quality
I have been trying to reach customer service via email, sent them numerous emails and they have not responded to my return email. It will almost be too late for me to return and I am out $100 for poor quality and inadequate stadium seats that barely have any padding or any lumbar support.

I spent 2 hours this morning trying to place a \$275 order on the website but was unable to complete it. I then called customer service and spent another 1.5 hours placing the order with a representative. At the end of the call, I was told that my order couldn't be processed because I had attempted to place it too many times that day. After hours of effort, I still wasn’t able to complete my order and now have to start the process all over again. Thoroughly unimpressed.

I ordered three or 4 things costing me $41.00 not the exact price. But never have received any of them. Tennis shoes, dish washing capsules etc. where is my products. You were quick to charge. But nothing has come.

I ordered two expensive shirts for my daughters. When they arrived, the logos were in an inappropriate location. After a couple of emails, they agreed to refund me for the shirts, which I am sure cost them a bit bc they are a fancier brand. I appreciate them standing behind their products and logo placement, I will definitely order again.

So disappointed in the customer service of this company. Lazy.

I echo what so many other have said…website is absolute trash.. sent email since chat is not monitored 1/2 the time was told to do xyz but that didn’t work so called the number I was given…received a message that I was calling after hours even though I wasn’t I guess they just come and go as they please…

I’ve never had to work so hard to give a company my money before…

At this point they are not going to be getting it…after reading these reviews , they might of save me the hassle of actually ordering something and then having to deal with shit product!

Ordered softball game balls for cheaper than other sites. Super fast shipping and exactly what I ordered. Would highly recommend

Avoid this store!!!! if you order from their “selected” items it’s all considered “custom” & you can’t return or exchange. You are stuck with the item. Their return & exchange policy mentions customer but to me custom is you are adding to the item already displayed! for example if you want to add a name, number etc to what they are already displaying in their site. Very misleading!!

I ordered team gear for my son as part of his uniform. I ordered youth sizes and they sent Adult XL sizes. They refused to fix the issue as all items are "custom" and "non refundable" according to customer service... even though it was their mistake! It also took over 5 weeks for my order to arrive and I can't even have the issue fixed. They won't even let me reorder for my son if I paid for it because the "shop was closed"... except they have all the files?! I'm so frustrated!
The quality of the items are also terrible. The printing is off-center and slightly diagonal one on shirt, then the other shirt is completely see-through! My husband can't even wear them to support the team because it's almost like wearing a mesh shirt they are so thin and see-through. The customer service person said the quality issue is also nonrefundable.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever delt with.
Month and half still no travel gear. Customer service just lies to you if you call.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! absolutely terrible, we ordered two sweatshirts that claim to be high quality paid $150, for sweatshirts that are not even worth $5. No response from customer support, should have just started the money on fire at least I'd be warm that way. I wish it would let me give zero stars.

First they say they are open until 5pm CST and I called them at 4pm CST and received a message that it was after hours. I had to call because my sons basketball team is required to get the BSN Recruit Pants. My son has a 34 inseam and would have to order a 4XL with a size 52-54 waist in order to get a 33.5. There is no way these can fit any ordinary sized person. The bottom line is they have terrible sizing and terrible customer service.

I agree with a lot of the negative comments regarding BSN sports. I would give negative stars and frankly would love to report them to the BBB. Worst customer service out there, even worse than car service departments. Their sizing of BSN apparel is so much smaller than normal American sizes, almost as if they cut corners and get their products from an Asian country that runs much smaller. I ordered multiple sweat shirts for my daughter’s soccer season and the sizes were way too small. We ordered an adult women’s small for my daughter who is 5’2” and the sweatshirt looked like it was made for a 7 or 8 year old. I ordered an adult men’s large sweatshirt that is super tight and very short on me and I am 5’7”. When we contacted the customer service, they told us there was nothing they could do. I’m basically out $120 for 2 brand new sweatshirts that cannot be used. WORSE COMPANY! If you are the CEO of BSN, you ought to be ashamed of the POS products your company produces and the lack of customer service your company has!

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst company ever! Don’t use them for your sports team’s uniforms. They charge you too dollar for items you will never receive until after the season is over. I placed my order in August and still haven’t received my son’s uniform. The season has now ended. I feel like I was scammed at this point. The 2 people that received their items on our team had strange names printed on them and they were not supposed to have any names at all.

Took SOOOO long to get the stuff when was quoted differently and they look terrible. Never again.

Website is misleading!

Tried to order an embroidered product using their website and got a screenprinted one instead. Customer service just blew me off and said it was my fault for not catching the contradictory information and interpreting it correctly.

Terrible company. Terrible people.

Horrible customer service. Received wrong items after waiting over 2 months. Emailed them about the incorrect item and was told we can’t do anything for you.
Do not use this company.

This company is the worst. Our soccer club started using them this year for uniforms. We placed our order on July 1st for uniforms. My son's whole team JUST received theirs the past week after our season already started but we haven't gotten anything. I have reached out multiple times to this company and no one can give me any information on when it will ship. I have never dealt with a business that has taken my money for 2+ months but can't provide any information on my order status. I have also seen the quality because somehow we got my daughter's order but not my sons. The jerseys are paper thin and see through and cost over $40. Seriously do NOT use this company for uniforms.
