btw Naas Avis 

We bought hew tiles for our ensuite .we were privileged to deal with the wonderfull angela .from the beginning she was professional and soooh helpfull. She helped us decide on tiles and orginised " everything " from picking the tiles to having them installed .any questions were answered immediately .any problems were dealt with immediately .we were so impressed we bought new tiles for the main bathroom as well and all new wood floors for the top of the house . Beautiful selection of tiles and angela is fantastic at giving ideas .can't recommend her enough and btw tiles . She orginised the tilers kraftic .ie .amazing company to deal with also .the whole thing was stress free .thank you angela

Very happy with flooring purchased in BTW Naas however in a sales error there was an over order of tile adhesive to the tune of 10 bags (€450)
This how now been spoiled by moisture and when we called btw last week we were told to wait a week before someone could address this the product was in perfect condition last week as it was in use.
Now the moisture has got to it and there's no return.
If shopping here calculate your own adhesive/grout requirements. The waste of money and product is shameful.
No admittance of error from sales person.
Won't return for any other home improvement requirements.

I cant believe the service or should i say the non service myself and my husband got today in BTW Naas store. We felt that we were invisible. The sales person completely ignored us. I actually felt very hurt walking out from this store today. I have emailed the manager and i am hoping for an apology.

Dealt with Angela in BTW Naas. She was so helpful and so professional to deal with. She went above and beyond to help me choose my tiles and to make sure I had them on time. A very stress free experience. Thank you Angela.

Absolutely shocking service from BTW in Sandyford. Paid for and was promised a full bathroom design service with Tom. Despite having detailed measurements and photos of my bathroom, Tom selected a completely inappropriately sized towel warmer for my small bathroom. My bathroom door cannot open and close without knocking into this towel warmer. To make matters worse, this towel warmer was plumbed into the floor instead of the wall which was promised by Tom.

After showing Tom the photos of the towel warmer he insisted that there is nothing wrong with the design of the bathroom and size and position of the towel warmer. Tom is insisting that the responsibility lies with me and that I should have insisted on a ‘dry fit’ of the goods prior to installation. I requested this by Mick’s team however they refused to do this.

The BTW website promises CAD drawings at their Sandyford site but this was refused by Tom who said that they don’t provide them anymore. When asked if he would do a sketch showing his design, once again he refused and cited his vast experience in designing bathrooms. He assured that he wouldn’t recommend anything that wouldn’t work and we should trust him. There was zero design input and a shockingly bad result. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

The department’s in BTW Naas don’t communicate. They blame each other on shipments, might I add my shipment was incomplete on parts. If you want to return products you are charged. When you receive your shipment a courtesy courier would be more beneficial. Other suppliers have free courier service. The sales lady was pushy into buying their product “the builder only uses this make”. My advice is shop around and BTW pull your socks up!

Angela was amazing. She has incredible talent and creative flare. The stock is absolutely stunning and she knows exactly how to put it together. Cannot recommend BTW enough!
