Jack was amazing from start to finish for my 8 year olds Nerf Wars party!! The children loved him (even the big kids who were only going to watch couldn’t stay away!) The enthusiasm he has is infectious! Totally brilliant 🤩

We booked the Nerf party for our 8 yr olds party.
Was awesome, they had a blast.

We booked Zorb football and our host for the day was Zaid Ahmed. He was extremely friendly and made sure the entire event ran smoothly from start to finish. Unfortunately, our booking address was initially incorrect, which meant we lost some time trying to get to the correct location. Despite the confusion, Zaid kept us well informed throughout and quickly provided us with the updated location. He even went above and beyond by speaking with the school and arranging for us to have our lost time back by moving our session from indoors to outdoors. His flexibility and effort really made a difference to our experience. I would 100% book again — Zaid did an amazing job and we truly appreciate all the effort he put in on the day.

Had a great time doing Archery Tag managed by Terri. Never tried it before but was a great laugh with a large group and something different.

Just to say a big thank you to Zaid Ahmed for being a great host today for my sons Bubble Boy event party. All the kids had a great time.

It was super fun and creative for the kids with amazing bits of action. Me and the children really enjoyed the nerf gun party. Thank you Zaid for organizing this!

I used these guys for my son’s 10th birthday party and it was great! All the kids invited had a brilliant time , and want to do the bubble football for there birthday! Special shout out to Jack he was AMAZING he made the day so easy the kids thought he was brill! And he was so thank you to Jack- defiantly recommend.

A huge thanks for the archery on Saturday morning before our wedding. The guys were talking about how much fun it was and how great it was to have an activity to do in the morning!

Terri did a great job with a gang of 13 teenage boys for my son’s bday party and they had a great time. The rain didn’t bother them one bit. Thanks Terri!

We booked old school sports games and football for our son‘s birthday.
Jack (the coach) made it a blast. He has a great energy and every child loved it! Also the location was great.

We booked the zorb football for my daughters birthday and Jack made it an absolute blast for all the kids. He brought so much infectious energy to the party, all of the kids were so happy. Definitely recommend this anyone and everyone!

Our experience with Bubble Boy Events was diabolical, it was unsafe, the staff were rude and hostile, an entirely awful experience. Do not book.

The coordinator arrived late with no apology, accompanied by two unknown assistants, none of the staff were in uniform, and the company has still not confirmed if they were legitimate employees and has failed to provide DBS certificates. There was no introduction, no health and safety briefing, and zero engagement with the children. Staff repeatedly asked us what they should do, clearly unprepared to run the activity and utterly clueless about everything.

The session, booked for 90 minutes, lasted barely 30 minutes before we asked them to leave due to their lack of competence. The equipment was dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe, including bubbles with broken straps, yet children were told to use them regardless. Staff also made sexist remarks, suggesting the activity was 'for boys', as girls 'aren't strong enough'. He also took photos/videos of children without consent, which is a serious safeguarding concern.

When we refused to pay the full fee, the staff refused to leave and demanded we speak to a superior, creating a hostile and uncomfortable situation. Partial payment did not resolve the issue.

The company has failed to provide DBS checks, risk assessments, or satisfactory cleaning documentstion. I was provided with documents for an entirely different activity. I have since escalated the unsafe elements to Trading Standards.

Nothing can change the fact they ruined my son and his friends’ joint birthday party. The party was definitely one to remember - but for entirely the wrong reasons.

I would strongly advise against using this company. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for safety, and complete failure to deliver the service advertised meant our children’s party was ruined, and guests felt unwelcome. This is not a company I would ever recommend under any circumstances.

To clarify, I have posted one review on Trustpilot, on both relevant pages only because my booking was taken by Bubble Boys and all communication came from Nerf Parties. I haven’t posted anywhere else, so any other negative feedback isn’t from me but perhaps more unhappy customers.

I haven’t sent a “plethora of emails.” I replied within one conversation thread while waiting for information you still haven’t provided.

You still haven’t confirmed who the two female assistants were, nor provided DBS checks for anyone who attended.

The “massive reimbursement” you refer to was £50. Thank you for your generosity.

Nothing in my review is “defamatory.” It is an accurate account of what actually happened.

The paperwork you sent wasn’t even for the correct activity, it was for a Nerf gun party, not bubble football.

Your response here unfortunately reflects the lack of professionalism we experienced throughout.

We booked bubble football for my son’s 13th birthday. The boys had a brilliant time and Dan (the coach) was fantastic. He was so engaging with the kids and accepted no help to set up or break down, so made it very relaxed for us.

Communication has been first class all round, pre event and on the day. and we love the unique concept. I would highly recommend bubble boys and we’ll be back!

We booked Bubble Boy Events for our sons’ 9th birthday party and chose the zorb football option. Not only was the activity itself an absolute hit with the kids (and very entertaining for the adults!), but every part of the booking process was faultless. All my many questions ahead of the party were answered within the hour, and the responses were always practical and helpful.

On the day, Elena arrived early and kept in touch throughout, which we really appreciated—it allowed us to relax and enjoy the growing excitement with our kids. She was an absolute master with all 14 children, keeping them completely engaged and entertained for the whole hour.

Thank you again—my kids will certainly remember their party!
