Great ordering experience and quick delivery. I only wish this had of been available when I ordered my bottle. This now makes carrying the bottle easy, and I have plenty of space for other items too

Brilliant water bottle, plenty big enough for days out with two dogs, i bought the bag as well which makes it much easier and convenient to carry. Well packaged and made, very happy with my purchase.... Voir plus

The bottle is a really good volume for those longer walks or when it's a bit warmer. Good quality product. They deliver quicky, not 48 hours but you're not waiting months.

Easy to order love my buddy bottle

Easy to order, quick delivery
I love my buddy bottle it has made summer walks so much better not only does my dog get fresh cool water but I can share saves me carrying an extra drink for myself or spending money on drinks while I’m out with the dog easy clip to attach to belt or just put it in my backpack water stays cool love it

Buddy Bottle is currently a one-person operation (just me!), and over the past few weeks, it’s been incredibly challenging to keep up with the level of service I hold myself to. That’s not an excuse—just some context I hope helps explain why things fell short this time.

Please rest assured that your refund has been processed, and I’ve taken this situation seriously. It’s been a tough but important lesson, and I’m now working hard on building better systems to make sure this kind of delay and miscommunication doesn’t happen again.

Outstanding Customer Experience

We have been using Buddy Bottle since last summer and it’s fantastic, great quality and brilliant to take out on trips with Rocky our Shih Tzu.

We left it by mistake on one of our days out and reordered as we cannot be without it.

Thankfully it has been found and it’s being sent back to us so I contacted customer support and explained the situation and asked it I could cancel the order.

They came back very quickly and have cancelled and have refunded, outstanding customer service.

I highly recommend this great company.

Took months to receive. And all we was told is it was due to a train derailment in India!

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry about your experience when ordering our pre-order colours.

When I placed the order back in April, I was assured by my manufacturer that they would arrive by June 15th. Unfortunately, I was later informed of unexpected delays due to track issues in Kazakhstan, which significantly impacted the shipping timeline.

We did send out multiple emails to keep our pre-order customers as informed as possible. That said, I completely understand how frustrating the uncertainty must have been—especially since I was also dealing with shifting and unclear delivery timeframes from my supplier.

In every update we sent, I made sure to offer a full refund option due to the unforeseen delays. I truly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during a situation that was out of our hands. There has been many lessons learned on our end!

Had to wait weeks before delivery!

Much too long between ordering and delivery. The holiday I needed the buddy bottle for came and went before it arrived. Very disappointed

I’m really sorry your Buddy Bottle didn’t arrive in time for your holiday—I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.

The delay was due to unforeseen supply chain issues at the time, which unfortunately affected our pre-order colours. That said, the good news is that all colours are now fully in stock and being shipped directly from our London warehouse for much faster delivery.

We truly appreciate your patience and hope we’ll have the chance to give you a better experience next time.

Placed my order on may 24th

Placed my order on may 24th. I still have not received my order, despite being told my order was on its way a week ago(via email) it still has not been sent ( their order page, the evri tracking number and the shop app all show this). The only way you can contact customer service is via email which it takes a minimum of 4 days for them to answer and now they don’t seem to be answering them at all. Very disapointed, this has put me off supporting small uk businesses that aren’t local to me.

The Buddy bottle is great however the…

The Buddy bottle is great however the bottle bag I purchased has been very disappointing.
The first time I used it the clip on the strap broke … and the water bottle was only half full.
On emailing the company I was promised a new bottle strap.
4 weeks later and no strap replacement has arrived despite the company owner emailing me to say it had been posted.
All my emails in the last 2 weeks have not been replied to.
Amazing that there is no phone contact for concerns only an email address.
What a way to treat a customer !

Thank you for your honest feedback—and I’m truly sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had with the bottle bag and our lack of follow-up.

It’s really disappointing to hear that the strap broke so quickly, and even more so that the promised replacement never arrived. That’s not the level of service I set out to offer, and I completely understand your frustration, especially with the lack of communication over the past couple of weeks.

We’ve been working through some changes in how we manage orders and customer service, but that’s no excuse for leaving you in the dark. I’m currently looking into a new external fulfilment partner and better systems for customer support, to prevent situations like this in the future.

We hope the refund enables you to find a suitable replacement strap for your bag.

I’ve still not received any of my 2…

I’ve still not received any of my 2 items I ordered! I have emailed numerous times and no one is getting back to me! Opened a dispute and it got closed as they said they would deliver and haven’t! £60+ out of pocket! Scam company as far as I can see!

Firstly, I want to reassure you that we are absolutely not a scam company. We understand how disappointing this experience has been, and we take full responsibility for the frustration caused by the EVRI delay.

We take pride in the quality of our products and service, which is reflected in the 61 five-star reviews on Trustpilot and hundreds more on our website. We know that doesn't undo your experience, but we hope it provides some reassurance that we are a small, genuine business doing our best.

To clarify:

The dispute you raised was actually the first notification we received that your order hadn’t arrived on time.

We responded promptly to the dispute and believed the matter was resolved, especially as we didn’t hear anything further from you after the resolution.

That said, we’ve now escalated the case with EVRI as we can see there were still delivery issues, which we take seriously.

We’ve processed a full refund, and we truly hope that resolution is satisfactory. More importantly, we hope this doesn’t deter you from shopping with us again in the future—we’d love the opportunity to give you the positive experience you should’ve had the first time.

Great product but a long wait for delivery.

The bottle is good quality and really handy having the little bowls attached. Can’t comment on the bag as it’s not arrived yet. Delivery times are very poor and nothing like the 2-4 business days delivery policy stated. I had to chase the bottle a week after the order. I then ordered the bag on 11 July and it’s now 21 July. Still waiting ….

Great product

Easy ordering with the bonus of an extra dish for free. Fast delivery in great packaging. Seemed quite expensive but on receiving I can see it is well worth the cost as it’s good quality and seems substantially made. Thanks Buddybottle!

What a great bit of kit

What a great bit of kit , if your are into big walks with the dog , and you need to carry water and food , this is it , yes you can buy cheaper, I love mine , I can throw it in my rucksack and walk all day and have enough food and water for the dog

Love the Buddy Bottle, it’s easy to carry, a high quality finish and the additional bowl means we can feed Buddy (yes that’s also our dogs name so it was a bonus) easily too

Emma the owner/founder has been in touch with more information regards what had happened and pleased to say everything has been sorted regarding my order.

Very grateful for the personal email explaining the situation and will definitely be ordering again.

We absolutely love the Buddy Bottle

We absolutely love the Buddy Bottle! The design is sleek, and the quality is exceptional. It's the perfect solution for keeping our dog hydrated and fed during walks. The insulated bottle ensures the water stays cool, and the two detachable bowls are incredibly convenient.
