Don’t recommend at all

Significantly longer wait time than stated. I had to message twice to move things along but each time I received no reply. Miraculously within hours of requesting to cancel (over 2 weeks and still no dispatch) it was suddenly dispatched!? The item isn’t worth the price in my opinion, I wish they had just cancelled the order and refunded me as I requested. I definitely wouldn’t recommend or buy from them again.

The delay, the lack of replies, and the fact your cancellation request wasn’t dealt with properly is not the level of service I want anyone to receive from Buttercup. I know it’s even more frustrating when you’ve taken the time to chase and then feel ignored.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, I think they are a scam.

I placed an order on 31/5. The following day I received an email to say it was dispatched. Nothing has been received.

The company address is less than 2 miles from where I live so I emailed to see if I could come and collect in person - no response.

I’ve then emailed again to ask for the order to be cancelled and for a refund to be issued, still no response.

I finally had an email from them to say the item was to be dispatched on a next day courier, guess what, still nothing.

My advice would by to find someone who does 3D printing, purchase a pattern on-line and get them to print the bottle holder for you. In the time I’ve been waiting my Brother in Law has printed me 4 bottle holders for a fraction of the cost and I now have 3 very happy Guinea Pigs.

Me, I’m still waiting for a refund!!

Shockingly poor company

Shocking company, ordered items and they have never arrived. Absolutely no communication from the company even after multiple emails to them trying to get an understanding of what is going on with the order I placed. If you do some research into this company there is a common pattern and it’s the same as I have experienced. Emails get ignored there is no contact number and many people never receive there orders. I wish I done research before placing an order. Very very poor company

Awful experience

Awful experience. It's been 19 days still no product even after I offered to change the colour due to stock issues on their part. Atrocious communication throughout. If it hasn't arrived on Monday I shall be getting a full refund from my card provider.

Very pleased with buttercup

Despite a not so good first transaction i wanted to give them another chance as only fair, they’re very transparent and they go the extra mile, the quality of the bottle holders is excellent and so relieved to be done with metal wires, a breeze to set up in seconds and so convenient. Best idea, sadly keeps breaking!

The small animal (Guinea Pigs water bottle holder) is a fantastic idea, however I am sick of buying them as they keep breaking, I haven't got in touch with the company to advise as I'm really too busy right now, I know I should have given them a chance to put it right but just bought more in the hope it was a one off issue, sadly not.
I have now found a different seller who sells almost the same thing except the new seller's holder just hooks onto the cage instead of butterfly screw on.

Paid for the fastest delivery which was…

Paid for the fastest delivery which was 48hr but was weeks before they even dispatched it. I no longer needed product so emailed to politely say please don’t bother sending now as I don’t need it (on email , Facebook and Instagram). No reply whatsoever and no option to cancel. There’s no return label or option on the website and following this experience I don’t believe I’d actually get my money back so I’ll just keep it.

This could be a scam website/company; I would advise avoiding it.
