The mailbox was very good quality! I added 3 coats of Rustoleum gloss paint to seal it from the outdoors elements.

Perfect Deliver & Perfect Condition.
The mailbox came on its own pallet shrink wrapped and well boxed. The mailbox was completely assembled and all I needed was for the USPS to come key their section.

The mailbox was delivered promptly (the next day) and configured as specified. It is a sturdy, beautiful mailbox (who would think to say a mailbox is beautiful- you will know when you start looking at the ones in your neighborhood).

My experience after ordering my 4C mailbox unit for my…
I had ordered a 4C mailbox unit for my 3 family building in Brooklyn, NY and was pleased with the professional sales & service that Mr. Mario Gallinar provided me. My original choice was no longer available, so he helped me select the best unit that suited my tenants' mail and package storage needs.
The unit arrived by the selected delivery date & time and the driver even assisted in bringing the unit to my bldg for my tenant.
Unfortunately, due to extenuating circumstances, I had to return my purchase. Salsbury's customer service continued as Ms Roxana Gomez made the return process easy and even helped me secure the names of some LTL trucking co's to pick up my box.
In these days when customer service is outsourced outside the country, it was a breath of fresh air knowing that there are still companies that provide genuine customer support and professional service, even after they have been paid. The details for the mail slot I wished to buy were not clear/complete. I called the company, the staff person was quite knowledgeable and helpful. She couldn't answer my questions totally and went the extra distance without being asked to go to the manufacturer to get the answer. Now, that is service. Rare these days.
