Buffalo Machines Limited Avis

The service I received from Daniel and Max at Buffalo Machines Limited was flawless from the point of ordering the machine to receiving it was 0% hassle I would recommend Buffalo to anyone.

Excellent bit of equipment

Fantastic service from start to finish from Dan and Max - really happy with the product and would recommend them to anybody. Thankyou both!

I bought SKD700 I phoned them told them I needed it next day and true to there word I had it by lunchtime. It came well packed and protected, I also had tow hitch, log grab, brash bucket attachments.

It was quick to unpack 4 nuts and bolts and thats it, ready to go. I did have trouble fitting the hydraulics but that was my fault not the machine, and an quick call to the tech team it was sorted straight away.

On site it out performed our expectations, we easily got use to the controls and was straight to work, filled the van with logs pulled trees over and carried brash to the chipper, did the work of 3 men.

Over all the sales team, the tech team and after care team have all been amazing and well deserved of the 5 star rating 👏.

Great service was a little hiccup with the delivery driver as he didn’t have a way of getting it off the truck. Was lucky there was a fork lift in site

All as you would want , but no engine manual called spoke with a very helpful actual person (Great) but still no engine manual!

SKD 700 for the business already have one at home , ordered online Friday arrived Tuesday ( Monday was a bank holiday) simple ! Thank you

Id strongly recommend Buffalo Machines for anyone who is considering a reasonably priced machine.

We've been looking for a long time for a machine to help us in our day to day operations as a tree surgery company.

After a sour dealing with a different company we wanted to make sure we found a respectable service. Daniel from Buffalo Machines made the entire process a breeze, from our first initial phone call all the way to delivery, we are very pleased with the communication and care

We went for a SKD500, a smaller machine, but it packs a punch, its made life much easier on site, prolonging our backs ! We are very excited to continue using it 🌲

Thankyou Daniel and Buffalo team.
Southleigh Treeworks.

Quick delivery, driver going out of his way to unload where needed and efficient service for ordering, invoicing etc.

Only put a few hours on it so far but it's very manoeuvrable and surprisingly powerful for a small machine. Having used 1.5T Kubota diesels and other larger machines I expected a much bigger difference in performance. The technique is slightly different to a big machine as you need to match the revs to the load better as it'll stall instead of 'complaining' but this takes about 5 minutes to get the feel of. It has a tiny fuel tank which I expected to be filling up constantly but by some dark voodoo magic seems to last forever.
Can't comment on reliability yet but if it keeps behaving itself I shall be very pleased.

Brought a 50kg wacker plate from these guys, great customer service and the machine works a treat!!!!

Fantastic service received last week. Saw a quad bike advertised checked their website and decided to take a trip out to see their machines. Some lovely toys on display and the customer service was outstanding
Ended up buying a bike which was delivered on time & on the day I was told, with frequent communication from the driver of the transporter. 100% recommend

It's always a pleasure dealing with Buffalo machines because it has a quick and pain free delivery service for my service kit.
The web page is very easy to use for ordering as well.
