I've been searching for a remote business for several months now, and I inquired about Build Remote. I was very impressed with the entire process. Very Impressive - tech stack systems involved. I have completed my onboarding and the onboarding team and support is amazing! Very well thought out and executed onboarding call and feel very comfortable with my systems and excited to get launched and started!

I thought this experience was very helpful. In the beginning it was a bit over whelming but as I completed the videos and the tech on boarding call the process became more clear and digestible. I feel a lot more confident to launch now

Everyone is helpful. I was assuming more of this would be done for me when signing up originally. I was told that there would be an assistant with the package that purchased and up and to this point I have not seen that service come into play. That paired with the availability of ongoing training schedule is a nightmare for the east coast. I would have liked for these to be in a video format that can be viewed at my own convenience and not 8pm every night. Outside those two things; everyone has been as helpful as they can be with getting this started.

Materials and training provided are excellent, and exceeded my expectations. It is definitely a lot more time consuming than what was advertised in the sales presentation. Nothing against the business support, which has been amazing, but there is a lot of effort and time is needed to get everything up to speed, which was not highlighted in the sales pitch. Overall I do think it is a good learning program which provides you with all the tools and knowledge to grow any business.

All the staff was very helpful in assisting me set up my cleaning business. They were very responsive when it came to solving technical issues and coaching.

The Instructor was very detailed in his directions about how to use each Piece of software. Very Informative and offered help after the presentation when I need it. Feels good to have someone work with me so that I understand everything clearly.
