I ordered 3 x posts, I ordered through Amazon, on the day of delivery I received a message “delivered and signed for” I was in all day, I live in a block of flats, I am on the top floor, I stayed in all day for this delivery. Contacted seller, phone call the next day, explained the situation, courier send a photo evidence of the items being delivered, it was of a shed, my items had been left in a shed, where on earth is this shed, the person in the phone explained that he needed to go back to the courier company to get more details, since then no one has been in touch with me, this has lead to a job being delayed, my partner ended up going to Travis and Perkins. I am now fighting for a refund.

I stated that the delivery should be made to my rear porch and not the front as I would be out. Thankfully, my package didn't get stolen this time but please make sure you deliver to customers preferred space in the future.

I want to assure you that we always make every effort to accommodate our customers' delivery preferences, including specific delivery instructions like delivering to a rear porch. These notes are indeed added to the orders to guide the delivery process.
However, it's important to note that once a delivery leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over the logistics, as the carrier takes over to fulfill their part of the order. While we do our best to communicate your requirements to them, carriers may have policies that restrict them from carrying items beyond the front door or entering customers' homes due to insurance and safety reasons.

Good quality stock
Their product was good quality and value for money. They could benefit from using a different courier or packing the stock a different way as the package was bent when it arrived. Fortunately it did not affect the stock and we were still able to use the product. Ultimately we were very happy with them and would use them again.

Good website/terrible courier
Good website. Easy to order. Choose this company as I needed the 48 hr delivery.
5 days later still no goods.
I have been offered a full refund once the items arrive and I can then return them - aggravation and extra work.
CHANGE YOUR COURIER!
Royal Mail as of this morning cannot give me an update.
