Rhea was amazing!

This morning, I realized I made a mistake on who was covering a builder's risk insurance policy and I was stressed out, in a foreign country, trying to figure out how to get a policy asap and fix my mistake.

I called and Rhea jumped on the problem with me immediately. Within less than two hours I went from stressed out and trying to figure out what to do to a having full coverage in place.

The only thing that went wrong was being disconnected in a phone transfer but that wasn't an issue, customer service reconnected me immediately when I called back.

I got Builder's Risk coverage during our renovation, and it gave me peace of mind knowing materials and the structure were protected. It's worth it during construction, but you'll still need other insurance once the project is done.
