A very quick delivery after being told it could take up to 4 weeks, and product was well packaged.

Good quality product
Ordered a water butt, lead-in quoted at up to three weeks but was fulfilled earlier. It's a good quality product and came complete with all fixings - which not all butts do - so no hidden costs or frustrations when fitting it. Couldn't be happier. Neighbours now borrowing the catalogue!

Promised Next Day Delivery didn't happen
I ordered paint that was needed urgently and was told it would be delivered on a 'Next Day Delivery' basis.
It wasn't dispatched until the next day, a Friday before a Bank Holiday which meant that the paint didn't actually arrive until 5 days after I placed my order.

Terrible customer service
Build Greener made a dispatch error & mixed up my order with someone else's. I understand that mistakes happen, but the resolution was terrible. Build Greener put the burden on their customers by asking us to post the items to each other to fix the issue. They then sent the wrong dispatch labels & shrugged off the time, effort and inconvenience their mistake was costing both parties. Nevermind the fact that our projects were compromised due to the delivery delays. All avoidable and should have been handled so much better. I will never use again and do NOT recommend this company.

delivery cost very high . I have recently purchased 3 x larger reclaimed Wool insulation bails cheaper than the two I purchased from here including the delivery
