Signed up two days ago requested to cancel and get my money back an hour later, nothing has been done the first email from Rhys stated he has started the refund and cancelled it but I think it’s a lie as I’ve spoken to two different people since all stating different things cancel it now no need freeze a card I never bloody received I only requested to cancel an hour later if something is not done asap I be taking this matter further as you obviously do not communicate with each other as a company waste of time

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, and we're sorry that BuildMyCreditScore wasn't the product you thought it was.
We've checked and can only see you getting in touch on Saturday morning to request cancellation, and receiving a response from Rhys explaining the benefits of the product and requesting you to confirm the required details to close your account.
You responded and received a further response from the Customer Support team a few hours later explaining that they had began the process of cancelling your account and processing a refund, which would take 2-3 working days to finalise.
As refunds are actioned via the Direct Debit process, it takes 2-3 working days for them to be received by a customer and this is not something we can speed up, as we are a Direct Debit based product.
Whilst you may have requested to cancel within an hour of signing up, the cancelation process can take a bit longer when you're entitled to a refund, as we need to ensure it's processed before cancelling the link between BuildMyCreditScore and your bank.

I don't see how they improve credit…
I don't see how they improve credit scores and I feel it's a waste of money. The only times my credit score has improved since I got them, the detailed reports, none has been linked to BuildMyCreditScore

We very clearly state the nature of the product, including the price, before you complete your sign up. As such, we're unsure what could have been different from what you expected.
We've had a look and can see that your credit score has already increased by 9 points since signing up last month. Our evidence shows that the majority of our customers that used the product, as recommended, see an increase in their score of between 11 and 55 points within the first 3 months so keep up the good work!

When you sign up to BuildMyCreditScore, you choose and agree to a subscription plan. There isn't a way to finish the sign up without choosing a subscription plan.

I’m paying for a service I can’t use
I’m paying for a service I can’t use. The card arrives I typed in the 3 digit code to use the bank card. It’s didn’t work. As I have changed my surname they asked for more identification which I’ve sent and not heard back. I asked for refund and I’m paying for a service I can’t use. They basically said it will affect my credit score. I’ve sent the revelant info and still no reply and still paying a monthly fee.
