Great choice of food and fast delivery

Used these people twice now. First order was delayed BUT arrived. They substituted some stuff but the subs were great! Second order was perfect. Received everything ordered and ordered very quickly.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Will use again.

After 7 days I emailed bbd to find out where my delivery was. They proceeded to send a delivery person without the delivery on the van.

I sent another email them promising to deliver by the following Wednesday this came and went with no delivery in sight.

I sent another email they promised personal delivery by the owner the following day this never materialised either.
So I sent another email asking for a refund they ignored this email and never responded.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Very impressed my delivery was delivered in the time specified. The delivery driver was also happy to bring up to my flat which is on the second floor with no lift. This is something I have had issues with in the past by other companies. Just about to put in another order. Polite, reliable and professional.

I cant even begin to explain what impecable service Bulk Buy Direct provides! Over the past month I have needed to last minute order ice and water for work shoots (super last minute). Where other services could not provide, I found Bulk Buy Direct who could! Anthony, who was the driver for the separate deliveries I had scheduled was so polite and helpful. Can I just say the orders I placed would come in less than 12hrs, that is amazing service especially during peak summer heat + traffic, where the products I had ordered were out of stock everywhere else. Thank you!

The only reason for that score is that you don't get any information about if its been sent you just have to wait and hope your in when it arrives

Bulk buying San Pellegrino is the way to go! So much cheaper than buying individual bottles.

Waited a very long time for delivery and had no notifications so I messaged the company, they got back immediately advising that part of my order was out of stock and they were waiting to restock the item, when I stated I had waited far too long, they made sure the main part of my order was delivered next day, I felt they tried hard to put things right

The wine I ordered arrived in no time at all. The website was easy to navigate and the wine was sold at a very good price. All in all a great shopping experience.

Placed an order on 30th June 2025. 10 days and still no delivery! Have contacted 3 times now, no reply. Contacted trading standards who state that bulkbuydirect are UNDER INVESTIGATION ALREADY.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE EXPERIENCING SAME PROBLEMS - Leave a bad review this is the only way the company owner will get in touch with you.

Edited: 17th July 2025 - I can confirm after posting a bad review and then finding the owners phone numbers, I managed to get my full refund back within 3 days.

Awesome product offering at amazing price and flat delivery fee.

Good service

One order was delivered quickly. Another order was delayed but there was no communication from Bulk Direct. After almost two weeks I had to contact Bulk Direct. An explanation of the delay was given, with offer to refund the unavailable stock and deliver the available items. I cancelled the whole order as the items I most wanted was not available.

The company is actually improving with their deliveries a bit quicker now

My order arrived in perfect condition on the day they predicted.
