Very well made, I didn’t expected, but is much better than local gym equipment.

Great company. Speedy delivery. This is a present for my son so am unable to comment on it but I’ve been happy with my dealings with the company.

M9 home treadmill purchased in December 2025.

Firstly, the treadmill is fantastic. The look and feel is commercial, but the compact nature saves on space. The service up to item delivery was great.

Then three weeks pass, whilst running the treadmill throws up an E03 error. I reached out to bulldog, who after a few days agreed a new part would be sent out and I would fit it. I was ok doing this, but did comment that a lot of customers would not be happy doing this. The part that needed swapping was not a simple job for someone not familiar with treadmills.

With the new part in, we had our first go back on the treadmill. The E03 error returned.

I went back to bulldog via telephone, across five separate days nobody picked up the phone or responded to voicemail messages. An email was sent to the original communication log, with no response. A new email ticket was opened, and still no response.

At the time of writing it has been 11-12 days without response, whilst having a brand new treadmill purchased for over £1000 sitting unusable.

I would love for bulldog to respond & take proactive steps to fix the problem. I understand that in batches of equipment (especially treadmills) the odd one can have things wrong with it, which nothing can be done to mitigate. I'm not angry or disappointed with that, I get it. However, what I am disappointed with is the closed door of communication. I cannot believe that for such a large company in 2026 that this can be where we are in how we communicate and how we deal with problems.

If I ever hear back and have my situation resolved, I would happily amend my review to reflect developments but at the moment I would have to strongly recommend for anyone buying from bulldog to have a real think before buying, because the support afterwards if things go wrong is dreadfully poor.

Great products, great company from what I can see, just wish more of their items were in stock more often. Would have been 5 stars but parts arrived damaged due to packaging. Not bad, just some scratches so still very usable, but just took the gloss of the experience a touch. Would recommend them.

Looks great but haven’t gotten around to setting it up yet. Quality looks great, and the packaging in the wooden bix is a nice touch to ensure no damage caused in transit. Can’t comment on how it performs but have no doubts it’s going to be awesome.

Delivery was prompt, damage found to flat shelving unit once opened all packaging, currently communicating to hopefully resolve the issues. Plastic coating has been scrapped or hit with something.
Overall pleased with unit its very heavy duty. And looks great.

I bought a bench from Bulldog gear. I was impressed with the design and sturdiness of the bench but unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect.
They arranged for the bench to be collected and a refund but I feel like the customer service team could have been more proactive with their communication.

Got the dip belt which is a great addition to the weighted vest. Fits well on my 32 inch waist and is great for hanging kettlebells off and doing dips, pull-ups and chin-ups.

When I made my purchase it stated 3-5 days delivery. Item was dispatched to the courier on the 6 day. Courier made contact 2 days after that to arrange a delivery date. After the date was agreed the courier stated that if I were to call the morning of the delivery they would give me a "time slot". I done so and they said between 12pm-2pm. This time come and passed, waited in all day and at 17:37 i rang them to be informed the driver had abandoned his load for the day. This is poor! Delivery of my item was made 2 days after the scheduled date!

Please note that if you make a purchase and it's a large item, the driver will drop the pallette KERB SIDE ONLY! Not on your drive but kerb side. Not fair when you have a £2000 machine left on the pavement!

I know this negative feedback is relative to the courier company and not Bulldog but Bulldog use this company and I was asked for my opinion over my purchase experience.

In response to "Bullldog" I clearly stated my issue was with the courier and not you! I think your reply is rude and unnecessary! Don't send me links to ask my opinion if you'd dont like my answer!

Regarding the kerbside drop, how do you expect a woman to carry a package that weighs 225kg by herself and the fact it was left on the pavement.....

I had a very poor experience with this company. I ordered a weighted vest after being told it would ship within 3–5 working days. It has now been over three weeks, going into the fourth, and my order is still marked as “processing.”

I contacted customer service multiple times and received the exact same response every day. They repeatedly claimed the order could be shipped in multiple packages and that it would be sent out by the end of the week. This has been said several times with no change to the progress bar on the account when checking the status of the order

I also contacted the shipping company directly, who confirmed they have not received the order at all—so the information provided by customer service appears to be false or at best misleading.

At this point, I have little to no confidence that I will ever receive my order. The lack of transparency, repeated scripted responses, and failure to follow through on promises made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Great piece of kit , sturdy flat bench
With easy assembly ..comes with tools
But handy if own your own socket set just for ease ..
Comfortable to exercise on , after looking at other flat benches this one hasn’t disappointed .
Delivery was excellent ..

Great service from the team supplying a good quality weight training bench. I discovered that the company was only a few minutes from where I lived so popped by during one of my training runs. They showed me the bench I was interested in at their product display unit close to the warehouse going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Rather than have the bench delivered I arranged to collect with the bench waiting for me checked over. The bench is 75% assembled with just the base, back pads and foot section to complete. Took about 20 minutes. Very stable, sturdy and well made from good materials.

I have brought from Bulldog gear on many occasions. The service they provide has always been superb. Purchase and Delivery is easy and prompt. The kit is great quality at a reasonable price. I'll be back for more soon! Thank you Bulldog gear.

The reason why I give bulldog an average review is due to the order being delivered a week later than expected which is really poor.

Bulldog products are brilliant and their customer service is amazing. I had to take 1 star away as the instructions provided to construct the Nemesis Home gym were the most confusing instructions I have ever seen! They should copy Ikea or provide instructional videos. Multiple steps had to be undone and repeated due to the confusion.

Great shopping experience

Purchased a new wall ball mount to store my Bulldog wall balls. The product arrived, and the collars don’t fit the tubes. Promptly contacted Bulldog, explaining situation. Had an initial 2 emails with Dan exploring solutions that didn’t work. Asked what happens next getting on for two weeks ago now, sent several polite emails asking for an update. But am repeatedly being ignored, so am left with a wall mount I can’t use and out of pocket.

Awful customer experience! I’ve got a home gym full of Bulldog gear, love their products but they clearly don’t value customer experience! If you have no issues with your products they’re really good quality I’ve found and you’ll enjoy and get good use, but if you have any problems don’t expect your problem resolved or any sort of good customer service! Expect to be ignored!

Hugely disappointed Bulldog, you need to do better!
