The delivery of a weights bench and dumbells took over a month with one pallet lost, and the courier company / bulldog gear blaming each other and me the customer. Two sets of the same weight of dumbells were then sent. There was a protracted process to get the correct set sent out. Automated customer services emails so frustrating. I would not buy from this company again.

Bought this Open Hex Bar for my home gym. I’ve been after a lighter weight and short one for a while and I’m so pleased with this purchase. It’s only 24kg and 140cm long so is super easy to use, move around and store. It really is perfect for my needs.

Went on to buy the 100+ 15 minute workout book. Very straightforward and the download was very quick too. Also downloaded one of the free programmes too.
Had a look around the rest of the site and definitely tempted by some new kit for the home gym.

Product great, delivery great! But the instructions, wow! They win a prize for the poorest printed, most badly written of anything i have ever experienced. If they got that bit right i would have given them a five star. But expect to spend 4/5 hours working it out, trial and error fashion!

Quality service along with quality equipment. The packaging was top notch but make sure you have 2/3 people to help lift it to the desired location. I got it for my garden gym and it’s perfect 👌🏻

Bought a skipping rope for a gift and was offered a rope bag as a suggested add on - it seemed like a good idea so I added the £5 option to my bag. On receipt, I found that the skipping rope was supplied with a bag and the £5 purchase was a flimsy piece of fabric worth no more than £0.99 at a push. Contacted to request return at no cost to myself as I felt the “upsell” was misleading - not interested in even responding personally, just a “please refer to our returns policy” (where you pay to return items yourself) email. Wouldn’t recommend or buy from again, I always prefer to deal with businesses that recognise the importance of good customer service and don’t push unnecessary and over priced add ons!
