Took too long from the time I placed my order until delivery. Also couldn’t track my shipment without creating an account which was kind of a of pain in the butt. Also, when I ordered the George Noory kit I thought one of the coins was going to be an alien rather than a dragon

ACH payments take at least three business days to process. We inform customers of this in checkout and apologize if that expectation was not properly set for you. This timing is not something BullionMax controls. We consistently ship orders within a business day of receiving payment, which we did in this case.
When the order was shipped, it quickly arrived from Los Angeles to you in two business days. We understand you didn’t want to create an account just to track your package, and that’s perfectly fine. Our service team is happy to provide that information upon request.
Product availability issues have on occasion caused us to make substitutions within this collection. When a change is made, we update the images and descriptions of the products for sale. In this instance, we have confirmed that this was the case. Looking back, perhaps we could have called more attention to the alien coin not being available and the dragon coin was its current substitute.
Mark, if you are not pleased with the order, please know that we are happy to make arrangements for you to return it for a refund. We do not have inventory of the alien coins, or we might have been able to resolve this with other options. If you don’t like it, please don’t feel you have to keep it.
