Mix up with shipping!!!!
As far as Bullion Max is concerned everything went fine. My problem was with shipping, all other orders were delivered by the post office, for some reason this order was UPS, well UPS won't deliver with a PO Box address, so I had to drive 60 miles to go pick up my order. Maybe it was Bullion Max's fault, why this got shipped out differently, I don't know. After this I put physical address on order!

My order didn’t ship for a week after my bank withdrew the money. I understand it takes time to move funds around just like the stock market. I will say this, I Trust Bullion Max with my precious metal purchases. 5-6 times of various purchases. One minor detail was quickly and reasonably resolved.

All check payments have a 4 business day hold for verification of funds. What you describe can happen if presenting your check for payment gets the funds drawn immediately. Please know that doesn't mean BullionMax can ship yet.
Your bank gets 48 more hours to come back and tell us if there aren't sufficient funds for the order after initially saying there were. We will not ship until that time has passed.
We use 4 business days to verify funds because banks can take up to 2 days to respond to initial presentation of the check. Then they start the 48 hour clock to tell us if the check is bad.
We're sorry if you were disappointed by the timing of the withdrawal of funds versus when the order was shipped. We do state our verification of funds period in checkout and apologize if you feel we could have communicated that better.
