Had a couple of Radiators fitted. The team were out quickly to do the estimate and were able to fit us in for the work exactly when we wanted. Always reliable with friendly and respectful engineers.

Ross was one of a number of quotes for my new extension. He identified the requirements provided a speedy and detailed quote. It was an easy decision to commission him to supply & fit a new boiler to marry into an existing heating system. 8 months on and a winter period under the belt, I can fully recommend Ross and Bumblebee heating & plumbing.

Expert Service
Steve called at the scheduled time and identified the problem with the boiler straight away. He was polite and reassuring when explaining the problem. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and will definitely recommend Steve and Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating - especially when I was advised by another company that I should get a new boiler!

Going the extra mile
My gas boiler was recently declared irreparable by BG who could only offer a new boiler in five days. Serious health concerns in my family meant that we needed heating urgently. After a call to Ross at Bumblebee I was delighted and amazed to learn that he had managed to re-schedule his staff and a new boiler was fitted within twenty four hours.
The staff were polite, efficient and kept me informed at each stage of the fitting.
I had forgotten that such service still existed. Ross seems justifiably proud of the standards and reputation of his business and deserves the highest commendation for going the extra mile.
The new Intergas boiler has performed superbly so far and I have no hesitation in taking up the Boiler Care Contract, which is offered at a third of the price I was paying BG. I have since had two new radiators fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee without reservation.

First called Bumblebee Heatibg Tom install our new dishwasher. Only a small job, but quick response and great service promoted us to book them for an annual service contract. Again rewarded with exceptional service.

Good experience of Bumblebee
We had a problem over a weekend in which the heating/boiler didn't seem to be working properly. We initially contacted Ross at Bumblebee who arranged for a engineer to visit on Monday at a time convenient for us. The problem was found and the engineer went to get the part and then fit it all in the same visit. We did find that after the engineer had left that some of the radiators were not heating up properly but after contacting the engineer, it was agreed that he would come back the next day at no extra cost to sort the issue and rebalance the radiators so that everything worked properly again.
We have used Bumblebee on several occasions and have always found the staff helpful, pleasant and very informative to help explain what the problem has been and how it could be solved. We have now also signed up to one of their reasonably priced boiler service plans as we wouldn't use any other company. Thank you for all the work you have done for us.

Very bad experience.Never use them again.
Very bad experience.Never use them again.I paid them £84 to check the boiler before we sign the contract for House purchase.They gave us certificate for boiler which which did not has hot water.The boiler did not work properly and they did not tell us.Now we need to bay new boiler without price reduce from seller.

We have spoken with this customer and explained that a landlord gas safety check, is just that a safety check, however the boiler was working. Two weeks later she has had ANOTHER PLUMBER who charged her £300 for a repair and then told her she needs a new boiler. We offered to go and give a second opinion FREE of charge but she declined then proceeded to threaten this review if we didn’t pay up..... we are a honest company and have given several refunds in the past when we have made a mistake (we are only human) however I would not return this money as I felt we had dont nothing wrong and were getting treated this way because she had been upset by ANOTHER PLUMBER and not us. We maintain our offer to go and see what the issue is for the customer should she wish to contact us, but I suspect it was always about getting money, rather than fixing the problem.

The work was done well & efficiently. They listened to what I required, unlike other quotes, and carried out those requirements well. The work was carried out in a single day, unlike other quotes I received, and no mess was left at all.
Overall, a job well done.
