Excellent Service From Start to Finish
Sofa Clearance Outlet offer a great range of sofas so it wasn’t hard finding one that we had seen and liked in a retailer. We bought the sofas through the website, and I was contacted around 2 weeks later to schedule a delivery. They even offered delivery on a Sunday to suit our schedule. The delivery colleagues were super helpful and friendly, and were in and out in 20 minutes leaving the sofas right where we had asked and fully built with cushions and leg supports.

Could not be more pleased I knew the risk that as a display chair it could be marked and they don’t check them ! Well it was perfect and immaculate turns out the first one was not and they sourced me another, really are helpful and and great customer service cannot fault the process from start to finish, because it took a few days longer to source me another they refunded the delivery.

Great discount on ex-display sofa
Great discount on ex-display sofa. I would have liked updates on when it was due to be delivered. Left hanging for a long time then turned up with 30 minutes notice. Luckily I was in and the sofa is lovely.

The chair was very comfortable and customer services too care to answer my questions in good time. Their delivery men also carried my chair to my flat on the third floor which I felt bad about but they were incredibly friendly. I knocked off a star as I had to reach out to them to find out if the chair was dispatched and ready for delivery, though once I did they delivered the chair 48h later. I would be very glad to order from them again!

Good product, poor service
Messaged about the measurements and the wrong measurements were given. Wanted to see an image of the chair I was buying rather than a stock image but was told this could not be done. Was not informed of delivery prior to seven missed calls while I was at work because they could not find my location. Happy with the quality of the chair just not the service.

Delivery was supposed to be within 3 weeks, items were delivered over a week late with no prior arrangements they just turned up when I wasn't home.
