A great experience
A great experience. We had seen some sofas we wanted from sofology but they were VERY expensive. With kids and a dog I knew that I'd be gutted spending all that money. We looked on sofa clearance outlet and found the same sofas that were ex display.
Honestly they are AMAZING!!!!!! I would always look to buy from here before anything else now. Customer service was great, delivery men were great.

Ordered two footstools, was a little confusion on the delivery charge, which customer services sorted. Items took about 10 days to be delivered. Delivery driver was very helpful. Items are fantastic. I would definitely consider purchasing from this company again

They have a what you see is what you get policy but you cannot see all the dents until they come to your door. Some of the dents were even behind the sofa and behind the sofa was not on listing. It’s a hit or miss but the sofa overall was good

Easy to order, swift delivery and sofa was perfect. It didn't come with cables for electric recliner but contacted them and they posted them straight out.

Great sofa. Poor service
The sofa itself is great, brand new condition, incredible for the price really.
The customer service was somewhat lacking.
I was messaging on the day of delivery, and was met with incredibly rude responses from the agent.
Then when my sofa was finally delivered, one of the drivers was too ill to work, could barely lift the sofa, and kept asking if they could break my door frame to get it in (I'd measured and would fit through fine, and did)
There was no power pack sent with my power recliner sofa. So I had to get in touch again for this, and had to wait for it to be sent out, which was poorly packaged.
I would definitely rate the sofas, it's worth getting one at these prices compared to full price direct from retailers, as this was in the same condition as new.
But I don't rate any element of their customer service.

Sofa delivered in a couple of days…very good. Unfortunately our sofa has an electrics problem, but the fault was ordered immediately and an engineer will be coming in a couple of weeks…all good.
