Very pleased I found this Company, managed to find exactly what I wanted, true to the description, great value and an excellent service throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Cancelled deliveries on multiple occasions, without informing me, causing me to loose wages, and increased cost of van rental to move existing furniture. Sat there waiting for first delivery for most of the day, van ready to move existing furniture, only to be told after enquiring that the delivery had been cancelled the day before, and “someone” should have rung… second delivery similar to the first, although a call was made to me, I was told wrong information even though I double checked with the advisor that delivery was still taking place for one of the items on order, and was assured it was still going ahead. On the morning of the second delivery date I was told there was a mix up and it had been cancelled again. Once again van rental was paid and a missed days wage was the result. On the third delivery day I was told both items would be delivered, another day off, and another days van rental, yet lo and behold only one item arrived. So yet another delivery took place the next day. I cannot stress how good one member of staff was in dealing with this, but alas the company and system in place let this individual down and made his promises hollow. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to put things right having been promised a “goodwill gesture” for the second and third delivery debacles. I am considerably out of pocket for days off and vehicle rental yet it’s seems to be if I don’t call them nothing will be done. It’s a shame that the company sees fit to treat a customer this way when over £4000 has been spent with them. Poor service indeed.

Sofa Clearance Outlet offer a great range of sofas so it wasn’t hard finding one that we had seen and liked in a retailer. We bought the sofas through the website, and I was contacted around 2 weeks later to schedule a delivery. They even offered delivery on a Sunday to suit our schedule. The delivery colleagues were super helpful and friendly, and were in and out in 20 minutes leaving the sofas right where we had asked and fully built with cushions and leg supports.

Great price, great quality, great driver & driver's mate who handled a slightly tricky delivery with no fuss.

Could not be more pleased I knew the risk that as a display chair it could be marked and they don’t check them ! Well it was perfect and immaculate turns out the first one was not and they sourced me another, really are helpful and and great customer service cannot fault the process from start to finish, because it took a few days longer to source me another they refunded the delivery.

Great sofa exceeded expectations, only minor feedback is better communication about delivery upon purchasing.
But all round pleased with service, wojld use again.

Great discount on ex-display sofa. I would have liked updates on when it was due to be delivered. Left hanging for a long time then turned up with 30 minutes notice. Luckily I was in and the sofa is lovely.

We chose a sofa and we were informed that there was one of the same design in another branch so we bought two.
It didn't take long for the sofas to be delivered.
They are good quality and we really like them

The chair was very comfortable and customer services too care to answer my questions in good time. Their delivery men also carried my chair to my flat on the third floor which I felt bad about but they were incredibly friendly. I knocked off a star as I had to reach out to them to find out if the chair was dispatched and ready for delivery, though once I did they delivered the chair 48h later. I would be very glad to order from them again!
