Good product, poor service
Messaged about the measurements and the wrong measurements were given. Wanted to see an image of the chair I was buying rather than a stock image but was told this could not be done. Was not informed of delivery prior to seven missed calls while I was at work because they could not find my location. Happy with the quality of the chair just not the service.

However I was dissatisfied with delivery
Delivery was supposed to be within 3 weeks, items were delivered over a week late with no prior arrangements they just turned up when I wasn't home.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I ordered two sofas that were immaculate. Delivery was easy to arrange.
One of the sofas came with a heated seat that wasn't working and they arranged for an engineer to come out and fix it. Honestly fantastic company and importantly, brilliant customer services. I've told my friends and family about them.
Will definitely purchase any future sofas from here.

The armchair looks good but after a few months the seating has sagged and lost its comfort hence the lower price.... well not that much lower! it will do for now but would not buy again.

My gorgeous sofa experience !!
I got a gorgeous sofa for a bargain price. Its so comfortable.
Moving into a property with limited and narrow access, I decided to risk a modular sofa as my current ones were not going to fit.
The delivery guys did struggle a bit, but managed to get my new sofa in, and assembled it for me. Unfortunately a cable for the electric recliner was missing, so I called the company , and spoke to a lovely helpful chap, who kindly sent me 3 types of cables including a splitter so that I could choose how I wanted it set up. Very qui k service and extremely helpful staff, so I highly recommend !! 👌
