Nice item, frustrating communication.
A nice item that was ordered online, but a lack of clarity when attempting store collection. Multiple emails went unanswered by the Forest Hill branch when asking for location of my item.

I had a really bad experience with this company
I had a really bad experience with this firm. After placing an order, I received an email stating that they were out of stock and asked if I would like a different version of the item. I answered that I would like a refund and they disregard my request and shipped the unwanted item anyway. Now that I have the unwanted item, I have to email them to request a returns label so I can return it for a refund, but I haven't heard back from them yet. All I want is a refund!
