Ordered a hat and a face mask
Ordered a hat and a face mask. Both really high quality and are wearing well. Everyone has been commenting on them on how they loved the style.
My eldest kid now wants one of the caps but sadly don’t do kids sizes as his only 5!
Will be ordering more stuff from them soon!

Very slow shipping and received wrong sizes
The items I ordered on the 30th May 2020 arrived on -the 10th August 2020. Wile they were pre-order, they were due to arrive in June. I contacted customer service multiple time and was told that it would be delivered on 17th July. When I still hadn't received in by the 6th August, I contact customer service again to cancel my order, to be told I couldn't and there would be a split shipment. The items have now arrived and one in not as shown in the pic and the other is the wrong size and I have to pay for shipping to return them. Worst online retail experience you can imagine.
UPDATE: Customer Service actually responded to the TrustPilot review faster than any of my enquires on their FB chat app. I had to fill in a form to apply to return for items that were months late and one was the incorrect size. Two days and no response, so have updated this review in hope of getting an answer. Order number #11768.

As much as we would love to have impact on all the delays that happened this summer, unfortunately there have been higher forces we had no impact upon lately. Please note that our team of 3 has done all we could on our side to get your order delivered to you. Please note that our returns are always entirely free so you do not have to cover the costs. We respond to all emails within 48h Monday to Friday so if you sent us a message we will get to it and respond as soon as possible. Poor Quality
I was disappointed in the quality of both pairs of shorts. The buttons and cotton seem poor quality. Great design poor manufacture. We returned the black shorts and never heard anything!

I really like my mask and have recieved compliments on it. It fits well I just need to use tape to stop my glasses steaming up. I bought it knowing it would take a few weeks and once available delivery seemed quick.
