Disappointed with the service and product. I placed the order early August and had zero communication until I chased via email in early September. A polite email came back advising that the 2 products I'd ordered would be sent separately which was something. The Berlin shorts arrived first. For £27.99 I expected decent quality fabric, but it is thin with a cheap feel. The facemask is adequate at best and the design doesn't even match the photo on the website. Won't be buying from BunnyStyle again.

Great quality and price. I've been shopping with Bunny Style since they first opened and will continue to do so. I proudly own many of their products now and am the forthcoming shoes will be next!

The items arrived as expected and I was happy with the quality. The only issue was how long it took to arrive, I did have to chase but to their credit the responded quickly and found a solution to get the items to me as quick as possible.

The face mask I bought is absolutely awful. The “filter” inside it is plastic and you can’t breathe in it. Also the filter doesn’t cover the whole width of the face mask. Awful product

I've ordered a few things from these guys. They always arrive really promptly and they're really great quality!

I wasn’t impressed with the face mask I ordered and left a bad review. Someone replied almost instantaneously and advised of an error. I was sent a replacement with no questions asked and it is much better. I have not given 5 stars because it shouldn’t have taken me to write a bad review to rectify the problem if it was a known issues.

Im Juni Ware bestellt und bis heute noch nicht den Vorgang abgewickelt.. bekomme kein Geld zurück und auch kein retourenlabel gesandt und auf Mails wird nicht mehr reagiert.

Fantastic quality love all the things I got the back back is amazing and fits everything I need for work. The shorts, T-shirt and baseball cap fit well and are so comfy. The face mask I use every day going into work before changing into the surgical masks (I work in the nhs so can’t wear it all day)

Terrible experience with customer service. It took me more than a month to get a size exchange. I initially asked for larger size, but told that my request couldn't be processed due to a customer service issue and that my return would still be valid. Next, I was told that the size was out of stock and I'll have to wait till the next shipping round or I can get a refund. I opted for the refund and basically didn't hear back for a few more weeks. Several follow ups and pings later, I got a notification that a new pair had been shipped, ignoring my choice for a return. Finally, I got the right size, returned the original pair and vowed never to order again.

Great service. Quick delivery and very easy to replace an item that was too small.

First class product and excellent service

Very good product love the insert. Quality of product with being in a wheelchair & recently had an operation had to wear mask in hosp except when eating & having another op in October got no issues with your product & with me & my partner ( a gay couple) have no issues of wearing it well done . Soz about the last e-mail got mixed up lol

Unfortunately the pride theme colours are not the true pride colours just a wishy washy attempt. We are proud of our pride flag so would expect the pride range of clothing to have the correct colours. The shorts were badly made for the cost charged (expect a little exploitation of the pink poond!!). I returned the goods and did get my refund after 14 days. Sorry not a positive review but please don’t advertise something for the LGBTQ+ community and not get the correct pride colours.

The rainbow face mask is good, but could do with a nose clip. Lead time was a bit on the long side. But arrived exactly when promised
